Since it's been up to a year your account was locked then the best thing to do now is to start afresh with a new account and a clean slate. That means not having/creating more than one OSM account.

That's because you're trying to login to world version with a Dutch version account. If you go to phone settings,apps,osm then you're able to set it to Dutch version.

As a Dutch version user you'll have to contact Dutch support: NL.support@onlinesoccermanager.com

Since it's not allowed to own more then one osm account, you should provide both of the manager names old/new in the mail including a clear explaination of the problem.
