    To appeal a locked account, you have to login to the account and you'll find the option to appeal.

    I did what you said.I wrote all preferences except league,but he didn't come.Azerbaijan league isn't a preference as georgian league,etc. because of that i cannot bring any players from these leagues.Is there any possibility for adding all leagues to scout's league preferences?

    It's to be adviced for you to start reading our osm terms.
    Also appeals and cheating will not be discussed at our forums, if you want to appeal then you can login to the locked/suspended account via website.

    @matkapcanx Sorry but the same goes for more managers, for now you'll have to wait till testing is done and GB makes the final decision about this.

    Since there's nothing that can be done about it the topic can be closed.

    Instant sell is still in testing fase, untill all tests has been done no desicion will be made if it becomes part of the game or not.

    So for now you'll just have to wait till test are done.
