I recently saw a player (114-rated Willian) and i bought him, but despite having enough club funds, i had to pay the marked price and an additional 5 boss coins. The place where a badge indicates a player is a legend has a badge with an arrow pointing upwards indicating that the player is "In form". When I click into the player, the background is black instead of gold like the other world-star backgrounds. So, what does an "In form" player do? Does it make him better? If so, in what way?

Wht if i already have a player? Let's take an eg: i have willian and he is now TOTW. Will he have the boost even though he was with me from beginning?

Where can we see this explained more in detail? How much of a boost does it give to players? How big effect does it have on team performance? And similar stuff. Thanks in advance.

@ChrisTolman What happens if a player is TOTW several times (e.g. two weeks in a row)? Does the player get multiple boosts or only once?

How big will the boost be? I have Salah in my team Goias, but I am not sure if he is better than yesterday. His rating is 95/38 now.
