POLISH SPARTA 10-YEAR ANNIVERSARY TOURNAMENT

I. Organizer & Admin: Polish Sparta

II. General rules in accordance with the terms of OSM: OSM Regulations

III. Competition format:
1.

• In the tournament, the crew's position will be decided by 3 Main rounds + 4 Final Round to determine the best player of the tournament.

• Tournament League - African Champions Cup (on a Champions League basis, but with 16 teams).
• (four separate cups in each of the three rounds = 12 cups) + 1 Final Round for the best player.
• Final Round - 12 previous Cup winners + Best 4 from Polish Sparta.
  In case if two or four players from Sparta will be in the lucky 12, two or four managers who lost in the final will receive a wild card (the best goal difference in the final).
  In the event of an equal goal difference, the points collected in a given league in the group stage from which it reached the final will decide about getting a wild card.

IV. Rules - Draw - Division of Groups:

1. Number of Crews: 16
2. Four African Cups (16 teams) - i.e. four managers from each crew will play in a separate tournament
3. Teams Objectives:
   1x Objective 1
   3x Objective 2
   4x Objective 4
   4x Objective 6
   3x Objective 7
   1x Objective 8

Attention! To make it easier:
Objective 1 is included in objective 2.
Objective 8 is included in objective 7.
which gives us the following:

V. Rules of the Tournament + Number of Managers:
1.

• Each cup is played with a preparation period (3 days) + max 11 matchdays

• Start of round 1: March 10
• Start of round 2: 22 March
• Start of round 3: April 5
• The best player round of the tournament: April 25.

• Each Group must give 12 managers by March 3rd.

• The day before the start of each round, the group must name the 4 managers who will play in that round. In the event of a loss in the group stage or in the quarter-finals (Round 1), the same manager will have time and may play in the second round. In case of a loss in the semi-finals or the final, he can play in 3rd round again. The situation is cyclical and the same happens in the following round, the players who lost in group stage or quarterfinal of round 2 can play in round 3 again.
  The Cup winners play in the final round.

5. After completion of 3 rounds, the results of each group will be counted winners announced. The list of the final 16th will be also announced (after which only individual prizes will be awarded).
6. Counting the points: We add up the results of each manager (points from the group stage + 1 point for playing in the quarterfinal, and passing the next opponent is equal to 1 point.

Let me explain it better:
Player XXX advanced to the quarter-finals with the number of points from the group times which was 6 points + 1 point for promotion = 7 manager points for the group, after being eliminated in the quarter-finals, the sum of points = 7.
For each promotion to the next round (semifinal and final + 1 point)
Winning the Final = 1 point
Players who do not advance further from the group stage earn their number of points for the Crew that they got in the group stage.

VI. Squad values - Expansion
1.
Squad values in the African Champions Cup vary between 23-56 million.
2.
The possibility of expanding the squad to a maximum of 100 million in the group phase, and up to 200 million after leaving the group.

• minus 1 point for each million exceeded (in each matchday). It is counted from start of the match until the end of the simulation.

1.

• Stadium upgrade ALLOWED
• Training ALLOWED
• Instant sale ALLOWED
• No camps.
• No secret trainings.

• Penalties:
  A. For each additional million: -1 point.
  B. No transfers after losing in the tournament. No selling or buying players. -5 points for any transfer

Vll. Additional information and penalty points.
1.
The designated number of players for the tournament needed is 12 people, because of the fact that if from a given group: the players would dominate in the first round, reaching the final, they automatically eliminate themselves to play in the second and third round, because they are in the game for the possibility for the best player of the tournament.

That gives us 12 managers from each crew per tournament.
(we recommend for the duration of the tournament that from among the 12 submitted, each manager has one free sub-account)
2.

• Each day the manager delays joining to the Cup, with the first simulation after the match, the group gets a penalty point equal to the score of -3, for each matchday until the selected player joins the Cup.
