<p dir="auto">Could you try to do the following steps. Perhaps that will solve the issue.</p>
<ol>
<li>Clear all app data</li>
<li>Remove the OSM app from your phone</li>
<li>Restart your phone</li>
<li>Install the OSM app again.</li>
</ol>
<p dir="auto">If not, then you will have to wait for a reply from the OSM Support. It can sometimes take a few days before you receive a reply back from them. The weekend doesn't count as they are not in the office then.</p>
