Ah, oké. I was a bit wondering whether you meant league servers or region servers. But the way you described it I thought you meant league server. 😄

On Android it works different than on iOS. You can only switch the region on the login page of the OSM app. There you should see the region flag. If you are logged into the account autmaticaly, you will have to disable the social connection you have set up for your account. (log out of Google Play account or Facebook account)

Not random. Based on a number of things you will be placed on a server everytime you start a league.

I know that you can do it on apple devices.
So usually, does the app randomly assign a server when you start?

Nope. I don't believe it has ever been possible to switch servers on the OSM app. That was a thing for the webversion.
