Shorter timers just for the training or for something else... For example Scout?

Is this different for different versions? I don't see anything on either the mobile or desktop version of the game, my news is just past season overviews. English version if that helps.

@MarkusRW5 it depends on the stadium level, quality of the player(sometimes) and how much you already trained a player that matchday. For example, the first training for Neuer, he gained +104% at level 3 stadium( from 89 to 90)
