Young guns for United:
Marc Jurado has agreed to join Man United from Barcelona but the move is yet to be formally announced by the club.Marc Jurado appears to have signalled his imminent move to Manchester United from Barcelona.United agreed a deal to sign Jurado, 16, in May.United are still yet to announce the arrival of Jurado, who is awaiting international clearance along with Alvaro Fernandez, 17, from Real Madrid. Norwegian Isak-Hansen Aaroen, who turns 16 this week, is due to arrive from Tromso. Sources in Spain say Jurado rejected a three-year contract offer from Barcelona and United will only have to pay the Catalans a small compensation fee.
New academy signings Joe Hugill, Logan Pye, and Radek Vitek have already started training with United. The club fought off competition from Arsenal and Tottenham to agree a £300,000 deal with Sunderland for striker Hugill, 16, and defender Pye, also 16, was previously at Sunderland as well.
Vitek, 16, has joined from Sigma Olomouc and is the latest Eastern European goalkeeper to join United's junior ranks after Ondrej Mastny, Matej Kovar and Alex Fojticek. Fojticek was released last month and Kovar is in line for a loan move next term. -
Thanks to @Theo-Rich we can now discuss transfer rumours in this topic too. Please use this post for both signings and rumours.
Let's start with Messi and the probability of him joining some other clubs currently sources say tht Manchester United, Manchester City, Leeds United and probably Milan could be possible, whereas it can also be said that he may stay at Barcelona.
-
@Lakshay-Ahluwalia very unlikely he would go to leeds or United. I personally think he will stay. But if he goes I think it would be PSG or Man City
-
Ramsdale is officially a blade.
Sheffield United have signed him from relegated Bournemouth. -
Here's an interesting couple of rumours
A transfer could only be hours away for Kalidou Koulibaly after a second bid of €70m was made for the centre-back.
City are reported to have already seen an offer worth €63m rejected, with Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis previously said to be unwilling to accept anything under the €100m asking price.The domino effect from Dean Henderson's return to Manchester United could see Sergio Romero leave Old Trafford this summer.
According to ESPN, Chelsea, Leeds and Everton are all interested in signing the Argentina international as they look to strengthen their options in goal.
The 33-year-old is reportedly considering his options after being dropped for the Europa League semi-final against Sevilla. -
Am I the only Manchester United fan/ supporter tht thinks tht Manchester won't make any signings? looking how things are.
Sources say tht Manchester will sign him etc but they end up being beaten by other teams. Almost every club has bought some player for the first team. We have only gotten for under 18. I just have a bad feeling tht Manchester won't sign anyone. Anyone else feels the same? -
Aaron Ramsdale[GK] : Bournemouth to Sheffield United(€20.50m)
Valentino Lazaro[RMF] : Inter to Borussia Mönchengladbach{Loan(€1.20m)} -
@Lakshay-Ahluwalia Surely they'll sign someone.
-
Messi can go to Inter, Napoli or Man City.
-
@Aled-Smith add the red half of Manchester too bro. Even though i feel tht Ed Woodward and them Glazers are not gonna sign anyone decent this year, Manchester United is still richer than Manchester City and PSG.
Plus im not saying this becoz im a Manchester United supporter. Im saying this becoz of wht we know and have heard. If Manchester United is not playing a match, i even don't have problems cheering for Liverpool, i don't take the rivalry outside the pitch. -
-
@Aled-Smith
Messi can go anywhere really -
I am a the gunner.
