@SpecialOne 4 months in since the update and all those cool avatars are still the same. Nothing new coming, specially for crews and not even all flags are available for crews so that we can put at least flag of the country for the crew profile...
@Majstor-Matt they promisses to add new avatars soon and only what add is country flags... GB please add some "cool" avatars!

@Ado-Hackovic I'm still waiting for the cool avatars, but nothing happens. But, instead, we are censored changing our crew description.
@MarkusRW5 Even year or 2 older than that is the promise that manager medals will be fixed and that we will get some fair ranking.. but sadly te situation in top 100 managers is not changed. Still the game sponsors playing the empty leagues or promotes cheating in order to get to top 10..

@Majstor-Matt maybe GB need kind reminder about all promises which was given to Player?
- adjust medals system;
- remove cheaters from ranking;
- give new system of manager points;
- add some "cool avatars";
- upgrade system of event information for players;
- fix **** in PM in game;
- give back avatars to crew;

Avatar update
We have bad and good news.

Let's start with the bad news.
We will no longer support uploading custom avatars for your manager or your Crew.
Custom avatars are great, we all love uploading football images that suit us best. But there's a big downside and that's inappropriate content.
Everyone can upload inappropriate images that will be shown to over a million managers right away.
Of course, there's only a very small percentage of managers who would think of doing this. But still, it's dangerous and unsafe. And it happens. -
In with the good news.
We will be adding new avatars to OSM to choose from. So with this update, coming soon, every manager will get the same default avatar but can pick a new one from a cool selection. We thought of some cool stuff but we also want your input to create new avatars.
Let us know which avatars you would like to have!
@SpecialOne Hi, What would be good for an image of an avatar would be to choose from the earth elements such as, fire, earth, water or air. That would be cool.

@MarkusRW5 where are new avatars which was promissed long time ago... they remove all custom and dont give nothing back...
@jasiuk88 Pretty clear there will never be update on this situation. Just like there was never work being done od ridiculous medals system, cheater situation on ranking etc..
And on top of all, I cannot understand how its easier to acquire rights for Bundesliga logos than to acquire it for smaller leagues like Luxembourg, San Marino, Malta etc.. I dont know why there is even option to have a club logo on league table when we have only like 1% of logos available..

@Majstor-Matt I have play that games so many years and I see how it goes down step by step
... like you said start from medals, cheaters, removing avatar and promiss to give very nice instead (which never happen), not taking in consideration ideas of players, not answer when some problem appear, so many bugs recently which are not repaired, no any changes in logos and many many more... like stop world Championship... -

After a year or 2 since the update, may I kindly ask at least to add some aditional flags as possible avatars? Let's say my country Croatia for instance - one of the oldest (I believe its the oldest) crews in the game is my crew Proud to be Croat - it exists for over 16 years in the game, I think It would be nice to have the option to have our national flag as avatar.
I know that by numbers us Croatian managers are maybe not in the top percentage of users, but there is plenty of activity from our country and also our country has won 2 medals in 2 last FIFA World Cups.. I think it deserves to have the flag option - dont you? Specially since almost all scandinavian countries have that option even though by the ratio of manager users I dont think they are much more active than Croatia.

Some little variety and national colours we had with World Cup avatars is now gone... back to basic avatar selection with beautifull choice of 15 different avatars -_-
