A few examples from my own knowledge of world famous German singers and bands.
Shall we start with some good old rock music?
- I present you the legendary German rock band : Scorpions
Let's move on now with some pop-rock music from the past.

3. I present you the one and only , talented and unconventional Nina Hagen !And let's pass smoothly to more electronic music with Adamski featuring Nina.
Cause I'd like to present you now another special singer and Dj from the electronic progressive music planet..
4. Ladies & Gents , remember Schiller's mucic hits? :bow_tone1:Last but certainly not least ( special thanks to my Danish friend Stefan for introducing me to this singer with the smooth emotional voice that surprised my own ears ). :thumbsup_tone2:
5. My friends , I present you the : Unheilig !!!- For some strange reason this video song made me cry, although I didn't understand a word of it and tbh I never liked the rough sound of the German language ( no offense guys) , but that's the magic of quality music I suppose. :clap_tone2:

My thoughts: If I ever needed to ask from someone to stay ... I would choose one of these two songs, depending on the situation...The next one coming from not a very famous band I gather, but still such a powerful strong imo. :thumbsup_tone2:

Bryan Adams? Oh yeah, he's huge Marinus. Part of the old legendary artists and one of the few left alive as we speak.
And thank you for the info about Unheilig's song. That explains a lot of the feelings this song brings to any listener. Reminded me of another sad song from Pink Floyd , the "Wish you were here". Well this song was written and dedicated to a member of the band that also left from the world too soon , too young.
And speaking of Pink Floyd... Here's my fave one.

Pink Floyd.... well, that's another level. You just can't stop listening.
All their albums are sequential, musics listen individually doesn't have same impact as when you listen the whole album.
Majority of people don't know this album - "Final Cut", but like all others it's awesome....
