WNT 2018/2019 (Bahasa Indonesia)

Halo para manager Indonesia.

Event WNT 2018/2019 telah dimulai, tepatnya babak playoff per hari ini 1 Agustus 2018 start.
Edisi kali ini akan diikuti 39 negera peserta, kita Indonesia salah satunya yang rutin berpartisipasi.

Dari 39 negara, tim panitia melakukan perhitungan point hasil pencapaian masing-masing negera selama 2 tahun terakhir.
Hasilnya 25 negera langsung lolos ke babak grup, 14 negera harus saling berhadapan di babak play off.
Lalu 32 negara nantianya akan bermain di babak grup.

Terimakasih kepada para manager timnas Indonesia yang telah berprestasi tinggi di 2 gelaran WNT terakhir, sehingga saat ini kita berada di rangking 2 dunia.
Thanks to @NusantaraErwan & @Aldy-Brahmantyo beserta seluruh manager timnas dua edisi terakhir.

Tim Brazil meskipun pernah kita kalahkan di final 2 edisi WNT lalu & WNT lalu tidak masuk final seperti kita; masih berada di atas kita karena mereka memang bermain (& memenangkan) battle lebih banyak dari kita.
Baik di level turnamen maupun persahabatan. (Ada turnamen antar negara Amerika Latin dan mereka rutin persahabatan)

Mudah-mudahan timnas OSM kita bisa terus berprestasi di gelaran kali ini & seterusnya, juga bisa segera naik ke rangking 1 peringkat negara / timnas OSM.

Battlepedia Rules!

Method of Battle: 5 vs 5

Training Camps (TC) and Training Secret (TS)

Are only allowed 4 TC and 6 TS by manager. The counting of TC is the responsibility of the teams. TC extra cost -500 points each.

Advanced Tools:

Timers/Club Compensation: NO!

Friendlies:

Friendly are only allowed between the managers of the same selection. Friendlies against the opposing selection cost -100 points each.

Transfers:

Transfers between human managers are prohibited. They are only allowed transfers with the CPU. Each transfer out of that standard costs -50 points.

Transfer start:

Selling immediately

Buys will be allowed only after the 1st TRANSFERS simulation. Each transfer out of that standard costs -50 points.

Posting Line-ups:

Should be posted two days before the league opens (till 00:00 Dutch server time)

Posting line up one day before the league opens (till 00:00 Dutch server time) penalty: - 50

Posting line up on the same day when the league opens walkover (1000-0)

Teams:

The posted line-up is not the same as the line-up in the league: penalty: Each player change -100

Pick the wrong team with the same goal penalty: - 150 points

Pick the wrong team with the different goal penalty: -300 points

Pick the wrong team different objective and that does not allow the opposing selection have the right goals (Ex .: Take 2 equal goals to the same selection.) walkover (1000-0)

Are only allowed 3 managers of the same group/crew in each lineup!

if you do not stick to the rules the organizers decision is penalty: 0-500

Creating League:
• Date: Find out before round start
• Time: 22.00 – 00.00 Dutch server time
• Server: Any

I think that there may be changes in organization WNT

In case of any troubles, potential penalties, both captains must try to deal about solution or penalties. In case they can't, case with all rules must be posted to the forum and organizer will have final decision.

Sempat diumumkan pertama kali tidak menggunakan Training Camps (TC), akhirnya TC tetap digunakan di edisi kali ini setelah ada protes & diskusi dengan beberapa negera peserta
