Hello to all
Immediately after the inclusion of the European Elite Cup (Champions League) tournament I have see that many users have asked about the possibility of creating the tournament and some have complained that there was not this possibility (because now only OSM can create it, and not users)
In my opinion this type of tournament and format has a very high potential for OSM, and if we were given the opportunity to create it and make it private and manage it as one thinks it would still be a point in favor of this format
For example we can create real tournaments with several crew inside the tournament that fight, or 4 managers for crew inside it for a total of 8 different crew or simply make a tournament with friends and not manager external that we don't know.
The inability to create it limits the tournament, and I hope that OSM will take action from this point of view because the format of the tournament has enormous potential
I hope I was clear and there are only 2 day that it was added (and not is beta) but this is my simply suggestion

@boss10moha Hi Zubi! Glad you like it
And thanks for your suggestion. The reason you can't create a Tournament right now is because when you go to League Settings you can disable Cup Matches. And if you disable Cup Matches, it would break the Tournament 
That's one of the few things that need to be done before we can enable the creation of Tournaments.But it's something we want as well, so stay tuned for future updates!

And thanks for your suggestion. The reason you can't create a Tournament right now is because when you go to League Settings you can disable Cup Matches. And if you disable Cup Matches, it would break the Tournament That's one of the few things that need to be done before we can enable the creation of Tournaments.But it's something we want as well, so stay tuned for future updates!

Greetings to all OSM managers !
For Your Information :Earlier today, on Sunday 27th of October, due to winter time change the clocks have been set back for one (1) hour.
For all managers coming from countries where there is a difference between summer and winter time, this means that the simulation time on OSM has been set for one (1) hour earlier than the usual !! Please check your Match Calendars!
Example: If your match round was being simulated at 22:00 H then from today it will be simulated at 21:00 H.

Today is the day! As you grow, we grow! Based on your feedback we said goodbye to our former mascots.Many of you helped selecting our new Staff from draft to the final design. It was great to see so many of you participating in the surveys. We would like to thank you for that!
When setting your tactics, managing the training, you'll meet the new OSM Staff!

I'm sorry to say this, but I am actually very disappointed to see Doerak go. The Doerak design has been there from the beginning, and to be honest, in all the years that I have been playing this game, I have never, ever heard someone complain about this element of the game. Therefore, I find it truly baffling that instead of updating the Doerak design, which could have easily been done, there has instead been opted to go for new faces, that quite frankly, do not fit with the current design/game at all. It doesn't feel natural at all, and to just put it shortly, it just quite simply does not fit the game. These new faces do not represent what OSM is.
That is directly also the main issue that I have with the changes that are being made to the game. Not only with this change, but also with many other updates. Are these changes coming from a game-studio which have employees that have a genuine passion for the game, or are these all employees that have some interest in the game, but not more than that?
From my own experience and knowledge, I feel like that is a big lack of "true OSM players" within your company. Things went really downhill for the game in my opinion as soon as your original CEO left the company. Maybe it is wise to look into this. There are enough managers out here that know the game inside-out, and are also backed up by a gifted brain, which means there is the potential for those people to do great things with this game.

@TheBestManagerNL I agree, the Doerak design was an iconic sign of Osm, and now it has been replaced by blockhead people. Very sad to see Doerak design go, even though it shouldn't have gone in the first place

Also our four new Coaches are ready, let's go to Training!
