Hello everybody!
Here is a new OSM competition for crews, I'm happy to finally have some time to organize anything more apart of OSM WC.
Let's test it and see if you all are agree with the idea and we can work together and find some little details to make every year a bigger and better official event for all OSM World
Don't forget to read rules and format to understand it, you have a week to ask your doubts (We are going to have a FAQs post with the mainly doubts) and find your first crew member for represent you.

One simple but I think for a lot of crews a important question/decision:
"Leagues chosen for 1st round will be one didn't played before in FMS and recently updated if posible. (No BCs compensation neither Cup. Remaining features like friendlies, STs and TCs are up to each manager to decide how many use)
For 2nd round, teams will be assigned to managers based in order to "More league points = Better Champions team value". (No BCs compensation, TCs neither STs. Remaining features like friendlies are up to each manager to decide how many they do per round)"
Why did you chose to not restrict the amount of TCs om the 1st round?
Apart from the bizar amount of bosscoins you will 'have to use' (if you want to compete at the highest level), the distribution between the receiving teams will never be fair. Most likely the best managers will receive the most TCs which will give them a considerable disadvantage. The goal should be to have the best crew/manager winning the league in my opinion. Allowing TCs in a league with more than two crews/teams could even very easily contribute to alleged and unwanted collaboration between crews/managers when they target the same 'victim' multiple times.Thanks in advance for creating the opportunity to talk about our doubts

Reason why I decide to let use STs and TCs is just due to we have enough tournaments will all options disabled, i don't want to organize one more event with same format and settings than the rest.
Nobody is forced to use these options, I understand your point and I'm sure majority don't want to use TCs... But the option is going to be enable and all managers are in the same situation and they must take a decision during league, to use or not to use it.We are going to test this settings during 2020 but I think managers won't use more than 2 TCs or they are only use it if the other team set one before.
I'm sure we are not going to reach this level but... If we find two or more managers making collusion, they are going to be suspended/locked because they are breaking OSM rules and their crews won't be able to play again in an event organized by me, it isn't a problem... And the affected manager can be rewarded for the bad habit of those rivals.

Hello bosses!
Are you ready for our 1st FMS Edition? Are you talking with your crew mates to see who represent your crew in this tournament?
While we keep waiting to sign up start (Monday, 3rd February), I want to introduce to you all something to keep the topic with some activity during the whole edition and make it more interesting.
We are going to have... FMS Matches prediction!
Each 3-4 days, I'm going to choose the same match (If all leagues has same schedule) for each league or a random one from each one.
The prediction points system is:
- 1 point if you guess a team goals.
- 1 point if you guess the winner (Or draw if you choose same goals scored for both teams).
- 4 points if you guess the exact result.
Everyone can participate. To send your predictions, you just need to complete a form like this one: FMS Matches prediction - Test
