A really bad development that they are not able to get that license anymore...
-
@reytinq Oh, my god, can't we get players like Sancho, Havertz, from the Explorer anymore?
-
@BozkurtBuraq unfortunately yes

I don’t know where to post this to ask, I’ve asked many times on different threads. Can we please have a block button for private messages? I’m getting them all hours, so far 15 different managers have PMd me today and can’t only leave one message they leave multiple messages, It’s only 10am in the uk. Getting them all through the night consistently. Can someone do something? Who do I see or ask? It’s beyond a joke this now
-
@jeffro-davies hi, if you are talking about forum messages, there is an option to block manager you want
-
@Manager-PR-9 no, the private messages that you get notifications from mate.
-
@Danteus I remember those days quite vividly.
It's probably not something they are likely to remove from the game based on previous "updates" we have learned to accept. If people buy them then they will always be included. If they don't buy them then they will reduce the price or provide another method of obtaining these players.

I doubt that, there was so much critisism on the Legends promotion that OSM should worry about losing managers that have been around here for a very long time.
Speaking about myself: I have been away for 3 years after the 2016 changes (boss coin introduction) and I still have doubts if I will keep playing OSM for a long time.

Here is an update from transfermarkt.com (the most imporant source for league updates):
The coronavirus has a major impact on the entire world and therefore also on the football world. After several meetings, internally, but also externally with, for example, clubs and players' agents, we have decided that a general downgrade of player values will take place. All players go down by 20%. There are exceptions, players born after January 1, 1998 are devalued by 10%.
Only really cheap players will not be downgraded. The update took place 3 days ago on transfermarkt.com, so I think the Corona effect is already visible in the leagues which have been updated on OSM in the last few days (including England, Netherlands, France and Italy).
This only applies to newly opened leagues, competitions which were already running will not see any effect except for lower skills of new players on the transfer list.

They have lost many managers way before the Legends promotion was introduced to OSM... I have been around since 2006 and have seen huge waves of experienced and popular managers leave the game from other updates.
-
@KoningCo Good point. I also noticed that a lot of players got downgraded after yesterday’s league updates.
I still think it’s a mistake that OSM player ratings solely depend on the market values from transfermarkt.com without taking into account external factors. All market values on transfermarkt have dropped now, because of the impact the corona virus will have on the (football) economy. However, this decline in market value doesn’t say anything about players' intrinsic qualities. Therefore, OSM player ratings don’t need to change and there is no need to update the leagues.
