These doubts are already solved in the first page if you take a look to the rules.

In this part (first page) you can you can find information about friendlies, TCs and STs.
3 - Event format
- 1st round: X leagues of 12 managers each one. (Min. 36 crews - Max. 72)
- 2nd round: Champions league where 32 managers with more league points compete for be the FMS Winner.
Leagues chosen for 1st round will be one didn't played before in FMS and recently updated if posible. (No BCs compensation neither Cup. Remaining features like friendlies, STs and TCs are up to each manager to decide how many use)
For 2nd round, teams will be assigned to managers based in order to "More league points = Better Champions team value". (No BCs compensation, TCs neither STs. Remaining features like friendlies are up to each manager to decide how many they do per round)

Remember 32 first manager at the end of the league (By league points) go to the next one, which will be played in Champions league format and... Better position = Better team value
Don't take in count the Manager points column, it's just an add for a private system i'm tested while you are playing the competition!

At the moment, everything is fine for me with the actual edition. Leagues are full and very competitive, predicitions minigame is having so much response.
Maybe I would like to see more activity here in the FMS topic during the edition, where you all can explain your feelings at the beggining, if you want to show your match detail because you think it's an interesting match... Anyway, I'm going to continue with my monologue -

@Markez17 would just be nice to know how many Training camps people receive in the leagues when they end that’s all. After all these can decide who finishes 1st if someone receives 10 in a league. Not to fight or brag, just to know

FMS 2nd Edition - League Cartago
Yesterday, @VATRA-NOUA bought a player to @Prattimous and we all know, because we all read the rules before sign up, that a manager can't buy a player to another manager, only to CPU.
Has been just a player in transferlist at maximum price (2.4 millions) and no benefit for any manager, so I decide to set a -3 league points to Vatra Noua.
This is the 1st time someone break FMS rules and I'm sure was just a minor mistake but you all know how I'm going to deal with penalties.

- Week 4: -3 points because he set a Forward as Midfielder. (1st time)
- Week 5: -5 points because he set a Forward as Midfielder. (2nd time)
- Week 6: -10 points because he set two Forwards as Midfielders. (3rd time)
TOTAL: -18 points.
Your crew moderator ( @اهلاوي-هوي) must know that if you repeat this more times, you are going to be sack from the league and maybe the crew won't be accepted in next edition.

@Markez17 Just asking for more information. I usually use defensive forwards (wingers) as attacking midfielders in the midfield. For example, players like Ronaldo and Messi can perform better in midfield than any other 70-80 ranked midfielder. Why should this placement be considered as breaking OSM rules? If it's so, developers should close such placement out of position on software base.
But in my opinion it's normal to use a player out of his position. It doesn't always mean, that manager using such a placement arranges a lose for his opponent. Maybe he thinks this is tactically better idea for him/her. Or maybe he/she lacks 5 midfielders at the moment, but he/she wants to play with 5 midfielders.
