A lot of respect for the great rival Ajax, it's outstanding that they reached to final. I grudge them to win many games in Europe and get some points for the Dutch football but I hope they won't win the cup. My hate against for Ajax is too big.

@spectraaaaa_NL In my opinion,the Ajax football academy is 10 times better than Man United, and that is the reason why Man United needed a new quality players from all around the world, and since they became financial giant a new market strategy was adopted, so Man United's directors are spending more and more money every year on a new quality player.
On the other side Ajax football academy is producing 3,4 talented players every year and they build a squad around domestic players with only few expensive players who come from abroad.

@Thomass1025_NL Totally agree with you ! The Hakim Ziyech transfer fee was 11 million euros, from Twente to Ajax, and that is the most expensive player in the last 9 years in the Ajax !
On the other side you have Man United transfers like: Pogba 103 or 104 million euros, a few years ago Di Maria 74 million euros, and also this year Martial 59 million euros and Mkhitaryan 42 million euros...

We've only paid €19 mil for our complete starting eleven. Four of them joined our youth academy already around the age of ten. One of them joined the academy around the age of 16, one was picked up for free, one of them is one loan. Most of our substitutes went through the academy as well. I think we have paid around 35 mil for our whole squad.

Ajax couldn't handle with the pressure, too much young players...It seems like they were to much impressed with the final and big name of Man Utd in the very beginning of the match...
After the 1st goal they started to play normal.
They had much more passes and % of ball possesion but even with this they didn't managed to create one good chance in the match, but and this is a very big success for Ajax.
Man Utd played boring, but that's how teams are playing under Mourinho...Deserved win in the end. -

Proud of our beloved Ajax. The road to the final has been genuinely enthralling. We craved for it after years of humiliation by clubs like Salzburg, Molde and Steaua.
We must not dwell on this defeat for too long. Instead we should look back on our European campaign with pride and start fantasizing optimistically about the potential that this young team has.
Let's hope that in the coming years, teams will be a bit distressed against whenever the name AFC Ajax is drawn out of one of those little balls in Nyon.

Couldn't agree more!
Ajax was not able to perform how they play at home games. Mourinho knew which players had to be isolated and therefore Ajax was not able to create a lot of chances.. It wasn't the game I was hoping for, but after all I'm really proud of what Ajax has achieved this year which such a young and talented squad. We will see what the future can bring us. -
