@manager00092 Great Porto
-
@manager00092 I like FC Porto very much, you are the team that I support in Portugal.
Amazing team. -
FF Jaro
Maybe not so famous, haven't won anything so far.. But does it always matter? And now also the second year on the second level, before that 15 seasons in Veikkausliiga (highest level in Finland) in a row..
Just as a little question.. How many here have even seen this teams live that they support? I put a lot of money every summer to follow FF Jaro, going around the country with other boys. Thats not really cheap. And I barely miss a match at home. -
Great topic! The FC of my heart is and will be Real Betis Balompié. It is a team of Seville, in the south of Spain, a team with a lot of history and with a GREAT support in all the country. The football matches here are awesome, and his most rival is the Seville FC, being the most important match of Andalucia and one of the most important matches in Spain. His stadium is called Benito Villamarín.
The club was born in 1907 by the hands of two builder men and this team was growning with the time. Real Betis has some awards, like the league of the country that it was won in 1935. It has two coups of Spain too, winned in 1977 and 2005.
Now at day the team has a player who is history, because he is the most goal scorer of the histoy and his name is Ruben Castro.
Probably you should see some more about the club, you will like it!

@RödVitt
I've heard about your team, mate. It is really and VERY good that you are together with your team both at home and away! I have some contacts from "smaller" football countries among some teams' fans and this theme is interesting for me in the whole since my first trip for Spartak Moscow which was in 2005. So I am very glad to see you in this topic.
Does your group have smth like forum or guestbook where I can find more photos?But words about money make me smile
For true fan it does not matter, I know some guys who even WALK to away game. And as you know in Russian we have a bit more distances, haha.Just by the way we came back yesterday from the away match of FCSM vs Krasnodar FC (they played last evening in Europa League against Celta Vigo) - 2800 km of roads during 4 days, but that's for us, from our town(not Moscow). I've met there guys who came from Vladivostok (9700km!!! just imagine this distance)
-
@Medvedini Aaah, great! But as you are Russian and we had Alexei Eremenko as the coach for 7 years, and playing in the club for much more, I can imagine that! And because of that we have had some Russian players too. Our "forum" is Facebook, maybe not so surprising You can find it on "Jaro Supporters".

The best portuguese club and one of the best in the world.
The main modality of the club is the football but have others like handball, hockey (is european champion), volleyball, futsal (european champion in 2010 with Ricardinho), basketball... etc.Estádio da Luz / Stadium of Light
The most beautiful and the biggest in Portugal. Have capacity for 65 400 people and has received the Champions League final in 2014, between Real and Atletico Madrid.
Two times european champion (1961 and 1962)
35 times Portuguese champion
25 times winner Portuguese cup
6 times winner Portuguese Supercup
The Great Eusébio, Benfica's biggest star
This is my club, Sport Lisboa e Benfica. -

My local team of course, FC Trepca '89

My team is Newcastle United.
Yes, we may not have won much silverware, Intertoto Cup, Championship title x2, however Newcastle is one of them teams. We've had some big names play for us, including Ballon d'Or winner, and holder of the current "Most Goals scored in the Premiership," Alan Shearer. Though for me that's not the reason I support them, and I have since before the Premiership was created, I support them for the fact that the players want to play for the fans and not a multi-million pound wage packet.
SJP (St. James Park) is a stunning ground, and when the Toon Army are in voice theres no ground like it. Even Fergie was known to say that there is no stadium more vocal than SJP, and that's a compliment. We are also the only team in the UK that has gone down and bounced straight back up the following season... TWICE! On the up side we also now have a great manager, Rafa Banitez, and next transfer window a cool £100 million to spend, so I believe that next year we will be gunning for some of the teams that think they are better than the rest.
