Might not be a high profile manager or one of the bigger player transfers. But considering Derby have to do some restructuring and hopefully, this is a long-term appointment; Lampard is a great asset and no slouch -
Already brought in Jody Morris from Chelsea for his backroom staff, and with their connections, we could some more EPL related appointments -
https://www.dcfc.co.uk/news/2018/06/jody-morris-joins-frank-lampards-coaching-staff
A focus on the academy, Derby having one of the best in the country, could see talent like Hughes to hit our screens.
What preseason-transfers excite you the most about you FCotH?

You never forget your first love! And for me that was, is, and always will be, God's Own Team, Tottenham Hotspur. Hard to believe I've been following them for 47 years now, since I saw the 1971 League Cup Final win on TV as a nipper. That was my first exposure to English football. Since then I have added many teams to the portfolio, my hometown team in Northern Ireland, Lisburn Distillery, who've plummeted down the divisions since I moved away, Dundalk in the Republic of Ireland, Cowdenbeath in Scotland then PSG, Bayern Munich, Inter Milan and Atletico Madrid in Europe. And since my move to the United States in 2013, I've added two more, Portland Timbers and Pittsburgh Riverhounds, the latter being added just last year when I visited the city, and where I moved to in March of this year. Portland play in the MLS, while Pittsburgh play in the USL, which is basically the second division, although there is no promotion/relegation. But if ever any of my other teams play Spurs, it'll be Spurs I'll be cheering on. Glory! Glory!

@tommy-timbers Ah, Happy to meet another American here!
I'm down in Maryland, near DC. Do you keep up with MLS? -
@manchester-munch Hi Buddy! Actually, I'm a blow-in from Ireland, but moved to the Pittsburgh area at the start of March this year, having lived in Martinsburg, Charles Town and Harpers Ferry (all West Virginia) for a few years before that. I do follow the Portland Timbers in the MLS and went daft the night we won the MLS Cup a couple of seasons ago! We even went in to DC once to see them play DC United, but we got spanked 4-0 that night in 115% heat. Been to see the Pittsburgh Riverhounds 3 times. Cheers!

On November 1, 1905, a class of one of the well-established schools in Istanbul was the event that would change the history of Turkish sports in the future. The seeds of the Galatasaray sports club were laid in the Galatasaray Mekteb-i Sulatani and by their own students. In addition to Ali Sami, Asim Tevfik, Emin Bulent, Bekir Sitki, Resat Sirvani, Celal Ibrahim, Tahsin Nihat, Abidin Daver and Refik Cevdet also participated in the decision to establish such a club.
The club was first known as Galatasaray Terbiye-i Bedeniye Club. According to Ali Sami, their goal was to play like a British team, to have a team identified with their own colors and to beat all other non-Turkish teams.
Initially, there were different suggestions about the name of the club, but the founders gave the club the name of Galatasaray.
It is necessary to say that Galatasaray High School, where the yellow red team grew up, has made significant contributions to Turkish education so far. In public, this name means long-term excellence in education.
Galatasaray has become a well-known and respected team throughout its history. It is doubtless the best Turkish Football Club ever.
