@galipcaliskan1907 ..on Asian Server, transfer simulation end at 2 pm CEST..if you start the event at 1 pm CEST..we just have 1 transfer simulation ..its not fair for us..may be like before, at 10 or 11 am..i think its ok for all..thanks

Just a note about the fastest Scout Promotion. Let's imagine the Promotion Event starts at 2 PM.
(1) Player 1 sends the scout at 1PM. He has to wait 16 hours anyway, will only get the players in the next day.
(2) Player 2 sends the scout at 3 PM. He gets the players at 5 PM.
Does this make any sense??
The timers for scouts sent before the Promotion Event start should be automatically set to 2 hours, at least that!

Otherwise, at least, warn players in (more) advance about these Campaigns.

If Player 1 had read the announcement in here about the new event then it would be a big mistake for him to send his Scout away before the 02.00 p.m. CEST !

@supernova-8 How can you require a player to visit the forum every day if the mobile app doesn't even allow access to the forum yet? And why is the warning only shown in the app 2 or 3 hours before the event starts?

Sorry but you cannot have it all your way mate! If you wish to be informed in time you get to visit the forums ! Use maybe your phone's browser for that , like I'm doing right now. That is why ALL events are presented on this topic in time for you managers to set your plans!It's to blame gamebasics bigtime. We changed to this forum some time ago as it could be part of the OSM mobile application. We're all still waiting for that moment, that will probably never happen.
Next to that, it would be way better to have a special announcements topic for this. I'm following this topic to get notifications about upcoming events, but I'm getting 9 out of 10 times notifications of useless posts in here. Create a topic where we as 'normal' users can only read and not post. Saves me a dozen of noticiations.
To finish this post, technical wise it's very easy to change timers from 16 hours back to 2 hours. I've read several times some stuff isn't possible due to technical reasons. Nonsense in my opinion, possibilities are almost endless nowadays.
While writing this message my phone gives me a notification:
Transfer deadline day! [...]
Why not send out a notification the day before?! Might be even better as you'll reach almost everyone.

@supernova-8 I'm not joking you or anyone. Nor am I here to make things all my way. Now, my belief is that things should always be done in the right way.
For me, the way these events have been introduced makes no sense. There has to be a way to reset pending scouts when the event begins. What's the point of not doing it? If it is a software limitation, admit it and try to address it!
But, honestly, what bothers me the most is that the counterargument for this cannot simply be 'if the player doesn't come to the forum it's his fault'. This gives an image of total unconcern about the issue! If at least forum access was available on all platforms, the argument would still not be the best in my opinion, but would have some credibility. In the current scenario, I don't think it's even credible.
Anyway, I see no point in keeping with the argument. The support team can do what it finds best with the issue I raised. In the best case scenario, you can solve something that makes no sense atm and maybe turn the game better for the users. In the worst case, you just wasted a few minutes responding to this spoiled guy who wants everything his own way...
