This weekend's event: Golden Legends event!
Starts: July 24, 10 CEST | Ends: July 27, 9 AM CESTGolden Oldies x Legends event
This weekend, your older players will have more training progression and Legends will appear on the Transfer List!
@AlyssaGB I have a problem that is related to the Legends promotion. There is currently no normal player on the transfer list that is better than my starting 11 (account 4, Cantolao, Peru). Normally GB ensures that there are at least a few players that are better than my starting eleven on the transfer list, eventually by adding 100+ skill players. But now there are only 4 legend players (100 coins) and no normal players available for me. Also nobody in my league has bought a player since the last transfer worker. Can you report this to GB?

Haven't GB learned anything about the survey and the comments on the forums? Transfer madness event is a disgrace. I hope they learn something and never use that event ever again.

@killing-spread_NL It all depends on how you use it. It is the best way to make money and buy players for first team and back up. If u know how to utilise the event then u will love it. Sadly ppl don't understand how awesome it becoz they feel it just makes certain players strong. So here are my words:IF THEY CAN GET STRONG, THEN SO CAN YOU

Transfer madness isn’t good when in seconds everyone is gone on the transfer list when it refreshers. Everyone panic buys and buys whoever they can to resell
No option to buy anyone and have 6 players on the list if you’re not around and quick every 2 hours. If you’re in a big active league it’s bad.Speedy scout is needed for leagues that don’t have timers enabled to speed the scout up then it would be better I think. Or more players needed to come on the transfer list every 2 hours.
Leagues that are not full of active managers then the event is great without speedy scout.

I agree with Jeffro.
This event only works on half-full competitions and outside of community driven events, even in FMS league or crew battles.
I suggest that GB postpone this horrible event to a later date. I suggest that Gamebasics first of all needs to include in the competition configurations that events for that league can be turned off.
With this kind of events they will even further break the fun in playing osm.

You say Legends event screws up competitions because manager buy legends with coins? In my opinion this is not due to the Legend event, but due to the fact that it is possible to buy players with coins. Also without the legend event, managers can use the scout to find players like mbappe, messi etc, and buy these players with coins.
Just part of the deal when you play in a competition without advanced settings.To me, if there is any event that screws up competitions entirely, it is the Transfer event. All squad building isn't relevant anymore, it is just buying and selling, any advantage of a team with high goal is gone. Managers that can be online all day, especially around workers, have an enormous advantage. Without the Transfer event this advantage is much much smaller.
In really active competitions, the transfer list is not empty within minutes, it is empty within 1-2 seconds. Adding more players on the TL doesn't help much in my opinion. It just makes the difference bigger between the managers that can be online all day and managers that can be online only a few times a day. -

They can do that by scouting Mbappe and paying a lot of BC compensation, but most beginners won't figure that out. The legends promotion encourages newbies to spend all their free coins in a way they normally wouldn't do. The more experienced managers won't pay 100 coins for 1 legend player. So GameBasics won't earn much with a Legends promotion. They just get the free coins they give to beginners back.
Also the Legends promotion doesn't work to encourage activity during the weekend. Like this weekend: most users login more often because the training is faster.
