What time will the league be create?
The time difference between Indonesia and server time is +6-7 hours.
If the time to create the league is not in the middle of the night (indonesian time), then I can be a moderator in group 4 -

As soon as league have been created during Wednesday morning (I think around 10-11:00 UTC time) each league moderator will send a league invitation to all managers that take part in his group.
If you see that your invitation doesn't come, just send a request but be sure that is your league assigned. Anyway, please be patient because we all have a work, a family... @Vladimir-DANI That invitation is to a normal league. You do not have to accept it.
By the way, until tomorrow, the WC invitations will not be sent, according to the instructions that have been exposed.
They will be sent between 11:00 and 12:00 UTC.
