Learning to play guitar from an early age, Jengyz started to write his own songs from the age of 18. Now 22, he is emerging into the Australian music scene.
Drawing his influences from artists such as John Martyn, Nick Drake & Matt Corby, Jengyzโs soulful singing & lyrics, combined with great guitar work (percussive fingerstyle) is a unique take on the folk style.
Bolstering a bag of repertoire, Jengyz recorded his debut EP 'The Healers Call' at the Skelletone Productions Studio.
'Remember Me' is the first single from Jengyzโs debut EP. The song itself is both driving and emotional, with a catchy chorus that will get stuck in your head.
Jengyz plans to release his debut album "River Of Dreams" in the near future.

@d-chosen-1 Good stuff mate. Especially the use of the guitar. As for your image, I am fully behind Pink's attitude to sticking with who you are and not changing to fit in or bend to others (espec. the music or fashion industry)
A fellow countryman of yours is making waves after moving to Germany. A great guy we (in Leipzig) lost to the music scene in Berlin. He has toured as support for Ugly Kid Joe.
Check him out, might be your bag -
He now more often duets with Rachel -
Some great Aussie talent like yasen.
