I - RULES
First of all, let's recall the main rules and some extra rules for a better run of the tournament.
WCC 18/19
I.I - EXTRA RULES

1. After the first phase (Group Stage), a manager who plays for one crew, can not play for another crew. Penalty of - 500 pts per irregular manager;
2. Crews who change their name in this period must inform the organization immediately;
3. Crews who leave the competition will be barred from playing for 2 editions, as will all their managers; This includes not post lineup;
4. All battles that suffer W.O. will have a value of 0-250 in favor of the winning crew. This measure aims to maintain the balance within the groups in the face of some abandonment;
5. Any crew that violates any OSM rule will be eliminated from the tournament and will be prevented from playing for 2 editions, as well as its members, even if they change crew;

`Crews playing at home create league. All queues must be posted by 23:59. (server / polish) on August 16 and should include the captain and creator of the league.
The posting on the 17th will have a penalty of -100 points for the group and on the 18th, the groups that do not post the alignment will be disqualified.

Dlatego trzeba na nich nabić małych punktów ile tylko się da, bo może to mieć znaczenie przy awansie z 2 miejsca jak nie uda się zając 1 miejsca ( o co będzie trudno z tak rozpędzoną zgrają młodych wilków z PAM).
