I have a question about this rule:
Qualification period will be between 1st December and 31st May, but only leagues that finish from 14th December onwards will be taken into account
If I understand this correctly to be counted a league must begin on December 1st or later and finish May 31st or sooner. But what is considered the beginning of the league? The first match day or the first day of preseason preparation days?

Wait now, that's different than what you said before. Let's talk about two specific examples to make things clearer:
Case A:
I create a 10-team league on Nov. 20, first match day is on Nov. 24 and finishes on December 16th. Is this league valid?Case B:
I create a 10-team league on Nov. 27, first match day is on Dec. 1st and finishes on December 20th. Is this league valid? -

Yes mate, in both cases A and B your leagues will be taken into account. Important only they will finish on December 14th or after that.The thing is you must play at least 14 rounds in one league. For example if you enter Australia in round 11/22, and finish this league with 1.500 MP's this points won't be taken into account because you played only 11 rounds.

This was the cause of confusion because in reality nothing happens December 1st. Leagues can start before this date. I should have asked sooner because it was unclear to me from the first time I read original post, but now I understand your intention.

Just out of curiosity how are people drawn for WC Qualificiations? and wouldn't it be better having a senior category and junior category then the winners of both battle it out in a league of two players best of 3 or 5 rounds for the SUPER OSM WC kinda like how the videos in partnership with 442oons are?

I have a suggestion, If we take the 2018 format with 144 managers, a good idea for me will be that 20 of 144 managers will be selected random from a inscription in forum. In others worlds, only 124 manager will be selected from qualification and 20 managers selected from a random selection. With this You can provide to a managers that has dreamed participate in World Cup become real, not only elitists selection. How about that?

Hi all,
A little update about what OSM WC 2019 will be:
- We are going to play this edition with Proposal 2.1 system:
Proposal 2.1
Best 4 qualified from last edition final + Best 8 from manager points WC list are automatically qualified and don't need to play a 1st WC round.
- 1st round: 12 leagues of 12 managers each one. (Best 3 goes to next round)
- Semifinal: 4 leagues of 12 managers each one. (Best 3 goes to next round)
- Final: 1 league with 12 manager to know our 2019 WC champion.
With this proposal, we are going to have in total 156 users with same system than last edition but giving some recognition to the best users form last edition final and those users who recollect more points for this edition!

I'm going to see if I can make one more league for those 12 managers that got a direct place to WC Semifinals... They won't be waiting during a month and with this league we can have a simply way to order them in one or another semifinal league

Soon I will begin to check managers to find cheaters and don't let them play this competition and OSM in general, don't forget that first of all we all must respect OSM rules.

I would take a look to actual WC teams and see which need an update. For this point i accept suggestions to create new WC teams or modify actual teams. You can give me your suggestions by PM or here in this topic if no one already suggested it and you are going to invest more than 10 seconds preparing it.
To make a WC team, what I need is 23 players (Full name, "Shirt name" & nationality) and team's name of course. Actual WC teams are:
Cartoon Characters
One Piece
Sons of Anarchy
F1 Drivers (Should be updated)
Female singers
Female soccer (Need to take a look)
Moto GP riders (Should be updated)
2017 G-20 Summit (Should be updated, better if we can make it when we have 2019 names!)
Basketball players (Need to take a look)
Famous guitarist
Football coaches (Need to take a look)
Hottest Actresses (My priority is to change this one, no more editions treating women as objects)I think that's all at the moment, keep playing leagues to recollect max. manager points as possible, we have four more months until we reach 31st May!

i would propose a new teams for osm wc
delete teams : sons of anarchy, one piece,famous guitarist,
suggestion : F1 drivers and moto gp in a team together .
new team : Football stars, squad ronaldo messi neymar salah etc etc.
new team : Film stars,squad superman batman spiderman hitman , etc etc
new team: Social Network squad facebool twitter whatsapp instagram etc etc it would be funny
