What's OSM for Noobs/Beginners?

Online Soccer Manager (OSM) is a great game which you choose a league, team, who to buy, how to play in style/tactics, when to train great players, what formation and when you've read this, think 'why not play this great game?' .You can also play friendlies against other clubs instead of just playing the league, though friendlies cost you Boss Coins ( the currency the game uses to buy, speed up and play with). You can spy on other teams, heal injured players, appeal for an invalid red card and scout players. I hope you enjoy the game,

Please allow me to ask you : Which part of the game is your favorite one? What do you enjoy the most while you manage a new football club in the leagues you choose to play with ?I wish for the rest of our forumers to speak up and share within our community what is the thing that they enjoy the most while managing a squad on OSM .

I think I will make a start with my personal thoughts and feelings about OSM .
I love it ! I love the excitement it brings to me , especially around the simulations time, haha. I love the fact that it is an interacting game and very much competitive I must add, haha. My favorite part of the game I must say it's the squad bulding , I just enjoy so much all the crazy action on buying - selling non stop , chasing after good bargains, trying to make the most of it with my club funds in order to improve my whole team.
I also have a soft spot about my dear Spy . That sneaky little devil that brings me valuable infos about my opponent's tactics ! Oh my precious Spy !
And last but certainly not least.. I love the OSM forums , the people I have met and the amazing friends I was lucky to make in here. People from all over the world ! I am so happy about all the above guys ! -

@supernova-8 Thank you, I love the stress osm gives me, the rages I feel when I lose, and when it comes to the end, it all happens when I see my nickname in 1° hehehe
