The Episode predicted that was Bart to the Future & he never appeared in it like that way only mentioned as succeeded president with episode that takes place in the year 2030 in the future
Lisa Simpson is elected to succeed Trump in the future

Yep, that is what is so worrying
But he has already backtracked on a lot of his 'policies', so hopefully he just said things like 'The wall' and banning Muslims just to get more votes- I am hoping he doesn't go through with them!

Trump is the guy. I like him a lot because he's conservative. I hope that in Brazil in 2018 elects one more conservative.
