Counter attacks

Hey everyone!
I made it through to the last 16 with Shaktar Donetsk.
My opponent is Bayern Munchen. I play 4-3-3 A, and so does Bayern Munchen. How can i counter the tactic Passing Game? That is what Bayern is using. I have a much weaker squad, but i think that counter is too obvious
