Good morning all!
SIGNS UP post have been updated will all crews which already shared information.
Thank you all for the confidence one more time, we are 57 crews and we still have Saturday and Sunday to receive more signs up. We have 2 scenarios here:
- We reach at least 60 crews: We have 5 leagues.
- Don't reach 60 crews: We have 4 leagues and some reserves.
At this exactly moment, it's 4 leagues + 9 reserves and we only need 3 more crews minimum to have 5 leagues and let all crews play this edition
Do you miss any crew in the signs up list? Go and contact with them, let's make reality the 5th league!

FMS 2nd edition - Schedule
From 06/04 to 12/04 - Sign up.- From 13/04 to 15/04 - Prepare leagues and contact managers.
- 16/04 - 1st round starts.
- 15/05 - 2nd round starts. (Maybe we need to change it to Monday 18/05)
Between today and tomorrow i will share in the topic all information about leagues and anything more that you all must know or remind.
We are 62 crews, so we are going to have 5 leagues and 2 crews in the reserve.
I think it's a good number if we keep following rules, we have one more league than previous round! -

Leagues will be created by me (Staff tools) next Thursday, 16th aPRIL around 19:00 or 20:00 UTC Time.
Then, our leagues moderators will send invitations to all of you, be patient because we all have a life outside OSM and soon or later you will receive it. You can choose team you prefer from the leagueIf you have any doubt, just ask me before do something wrong.
Before create leagues, i will share the first "Prediction form", where you can complete it with your vote for Top 3 of each league. Stay tunned! -
Just an extra information to see how FMS is going, for this 2nd edition we have:
- 5 leagues, 1 more than previous edition.
- 23 new crews which didn't play previous edition.
- 37 crews are going to repeat.
- 8 crews which played 1st edition, are not going to play this one. (One of them made the sign up but are reserve)
For me, it's important to see each edition who is new, who repeat or not... It's signal to confirm if the event is fine for managers and this is why I'm always ready to read your feedbacks, public or private!

Football Master Series (FMS) is an official event organized by the OSM staff for experienced crews in this game, where a manager is sent to represent them each edition.
1 - Requirements to join
- Free for all, your crew just need to have at least 2 years or more before day FMS edition starts.
- Only moderator or submoderator can sign up a crew + member.
- A manager can't play more than once edition in the same year, doesn't matter if he/she goes to another crew.

2 - Event rules
- All OSM Rules must be followed.
- Managers who have been punished in game between 01/2020 and day that FMS edition begins can't take part!
- Break rules can be punished with lost of league points, be disqualified from competition or be suspended/locked, depends on the seriousness of the matter.
- After you sign up your crew and manager, you only can change once your manager if you need it but your crew will receive -10 league points. Make a 2nd change in a same edition is reason to disqualify your crew.
- Set a player in a different position gives you a -3 points per player the 1st time. Next time, punishment will be major.
- Buy a player from another manager team cheaper than 200% player's value gives you -6 points per player to your crew 1st time. 2nd time you will be out from league.
You, as manager, will be punished without play an official competition during the actual and next year if:
- You are sign in but don't enter in the league during first 48 hours.
- You resign during the league.
(This is for the 1st time you make a mistake, 2nd time you won't be able never to play)
A crew will be punished without play an official competition during the actual and next year if:
- In two editions, their managers never enter in the league or resign during it.
- Try to sign up without follow rules a 2nd time.
(1st time you make a mistake, you will receive just a warning as crew and 3rd time you won't be able never to play as crew)
3 - Event format
- 1st round: X leagues of 12 managers each one. (Min. 36 crews - Max. 72)
- 2nd round: Champions league where 32 managers with more league points compete for be the FMS Winner.
Leagues chosen for 1st round will be one didn't played before in FMS and recently updated if posible. (No BCs compensation neither Cup. Remaining features like friendlies, STs and TCs are up to each manager to decide how many use)
For 2nd round, teams will be assigned to managers based in order to "More league points = Better Champions team value". (No BCs compensation, TCs neither STs. Remaining features like friendlies are up to each manager to decide how many they do per round)

To make it balanced, we are going to assign after 1st edition teams to each crew for the next edition based in which goals already played these crews during the year and which not.At least during 2020, we are going to maintain free choice due to I'm choosing balanced leagues and team goal is not taking in count for final standings.My idea for 2020 with this competition is:
- 1st edition: Around 15th February.
- 2nd edition: Around 15th April.
- 3rd edition: Around 15th July. (No June due to WC organization)
- 4th edition: Around 15th September.
- Special winter edition: Around 15th November.
For 2021, we are going to stay with same idea, seems it works!
If the idea doesn't like or we can't find enough managers/crews for each edition, then I will think an event alternative and/or stop this one.Events Manager (Markez17) will take the best solution with Gamebasics team if something not expected happens in OSM.

is it prohibited to choose a club with same goal that my crew choose in first edition??

Anyone in my league once I notice the league is created il send all invites at the sametime and are all on my friends list, please don’t try and request to get in the league as il be going through my friends list to find the 11 managers. Thank you and and good luck
