New scoutlist not more realistic,
very badly done, not more interesting... we want to bring players exactly that which we as managers want..
They destroyed one of the more interesting things in this game... -

They destroyed one of the more interesting things in this game...Actually I like the new scout list it keeps the teams fresh rather than people making the same signings all the time. If you are after a specific work rate (more important than the players name) it make it more of a challenge to build the team the way you like it. In football you don't always get the player you want but if you got money you can always get someone similar, well I adopt that attitude for all my transfers. I think its important not to get too attached to names on this game, a decent manager wants to build a team not focus on individuals.

The new newspaper is now called the Press Room and it does show the team of the weak, both in browser and app version. 
And why did you use manager's Ritchie name for your post? He hasn't logged on the forum since January mate. :thinking:

Here is how it should look (similar to how it used to look)

@Harry-Poon Havn't been able to fine tune my team as the slider button is not working , when trying to slide it remains stationary and
only changes from 0 to 100 ie does not slide, any suggestions -

I'm sorry that I have to agree with @Maca322 ..
For me, to be a good manager, you should be able to make the best of your squad available.
A good manager should not complaint about the outcome cause he/she could not find spesific players like Messi or Ronaldo for example.
Many times (in real life also) things don't go as your plan, and you have to find the ways..
If you found the ways to achieve your goals without those spesific players, it would be great for you. And that would make you a better manager.
That's what a manager need for. Built the team with best players possible, and make the most of it..

I agree that the criteria of the scout should be more specific. It's quite frustrating when you scout for young talents, but you get 3 players of 24 years old. Especially when you see that your concurrent gets 3 players of 18 years old. Luck plays a too important role in the current scout system.
