Maybe I can give you some more info about this..
I have to say our friend @simone-antonello was right, my friends..When you bring down the size of your screen to 80% on Google Chrome, you will be able to see the flags. But remember, you have to be on full screen.
When you exit the full screen, the flags will disappear.
If you still want to see the flags not on full screen, then you have to bring down the screen size to 50%. The flags will reappear again.

Simone I also have to bring down the size of my screen to be able to view a few beautiful details of the game's design but what you said about the squads and the flags I believe it was mistaken .
Example taken from my own squad : http://prnt.sc/f5x4s9 - No flags there buddy.So our mate Nenad ( @MenagerBL ) was right on this one.
Otherwise....we're missing something Simone . Could you please post a screen shot of your own squad ?

Flags are only visible on screens with resolutions with minimum 1920 wide (at 100%).
We'll try to set them visible on lower resolutions, maybe going down until 1360 (HD resolutions).... it's on to do list already!

From today onwards, and without an end date, ALL transfer jobs will run with an interval of one hour.
This measure was set to increase servers stability until we implement the final decision - Transferworkers run based also on timezone, like simulation engines!
So, for now all engines will start at 5:00 or 6:00h UTC and should have last round at 13:00h or 14:00h.
We'll keep you posted when final system is implemented!
NOTE: OSM NL servers are not affected by this change!

@SpecialOne Good to hear that. Although, today its also been going in 1hr interval, and still transfer rate is very very low.. in all 4 of my leagues.. I really hope it will start being bit more progressive and that we will again see intervals in which more than 2 players from whole league are sold.

What's like a 'max' limit to sell a player ? Most I've seen lately was around 37-38m,have you seen more ?

I believe there is no real limit, even though higher prices are happening way less often than those around 20M of course. When I wasplaying big leagues like Serie A recently I got couple sells around 75M. Here in USA that I'm playing now top league transfer so far is this (not mine sadly ) :

If you want play a realistic game then delate your account and go search for another game, tetris or something else.
This game is unrealistic for a long time already, but that's how thing are working.
You can accept the conditions or leave the game.
Is it realistic to buy/sell and up to 10 players for a round? Is it realistic that you lose in 99% cases if u got a red card? Is it realistic that nobody managed to score a single goal in extra time in history of OSM?
I know what I am talking about. I am also not happy with the way of squad building on the new version and this update would make sense. -
@MenagerBL You are right mate. But making it more easier to sell expensive players makes the crazy squid building problem only worse. I still hope that they implement some other updates to make squad building more realistic

Watch out Football World ! Here comes SuperNova on the greenfields ! But this is a game and it's meant to bring fun and joy to all of us.

I agree mate, it would be crazy, but I think it's already crazy enough. If u play with Las Palmas (Spain) for example you can upgrade your squad up to 1 billion easy. So in my opinion it wouldn't be a very big difference. I also hope they will implement something to make squad building more realisticm and they could win with this. For example in the old version people used scout more. Now I use scout in first 4-5 rounds. After that all my squad is already 90+ and I don't need the scout anymore, I buy only the ''boosted'' players from TL.@SUPERNOVA-8 Hi Sophie. Everything is cool... So, from 14.00 to the night won't be any transfer "from" and "to" CPU?
