Today, the interview is with @Arashlak77 , Iran National Team Coach!
Q-> What do you think, about the format, of this competition?
This format is a new and exciting experience and we are happy to be in this competition.Q -> Do you have any suggestions to improve the competition?
Competitions are high level and we enjoy it, but I think a series of rules should be changed. Such as allowing immediate sales; allowing friendly match And the impermissibility of secret training. I think if the rules are like this, the level of competitions will be higher and more professional.Q -> What can you tell about Iran team?
We are a very young team. For example, I have been playing as the team captain since 2018. And we are less experienced than many countries, but we have a high motivation to succeed.Q -> What are your goals for the competition?
We try to do our best and now we do not think about the next steps.Q -> When you select the coaches to represent the National team, what is most important?
Enough time, transfer skills, enough boss coins.Q -> In Nations Cup we'll have : "The Nations Diary", a casual news thread inside the competition, what do you suggest to be published?
Interviews were an interesting idea, but more can ideas can be implemented. Like pre-match and analysis for important and sensitive games.Thank you! Best of luck to Iran!
And we're done for today. Tomorrow, Group A will be on the table.
Thank you, stay safe and enjoy life!

-
Jak masz na imię?
Tomek. -
Ile masz lat?
Jeszcze 38, we wrześniu 39... -
Co robisz w życiu na codzień?
Pracuję jako projektant elektryk w branży automotive. Wolny czas od pracy poświęcam rodzinie i osm . -
Jakie masz refleksje związane z Covid-19?
Sceptycznie i z dystansem podchodzę do tematu Covid-19.
Jak długo zostaniesz?
Ciężko powiedzieć i przewidzieć. Skoro przeszedłem ostatni kryzys, to może jeszcze minimum rok pogram. -
Czy zaskoczyło cię powołanie do kadry narodowej?
Trochę zaskoczyło. Swój czas w kadrze już miałem. Jest wielu lepszych i bardziej zaangażowanych graczy. -
Co sądzisz o polskim składzie na ten turniej?
Myślę, że skład optymalny i przemyślanie. Dobrany to bieżącej fazy turnieju. Mamy bogactwo dobrych managerów i myślę że 3-4 równorzędne składy spokojnie dałoby się ulepić . -
Dlatego poprzez system akademii chcemy wyłapać największe talenty i odbudować silny PE. Na pewno na to potrzeba czasu i cierpliwości. Liczę, że to niebawem zaprocentuje. -
Dziękuję za rozmowę i powodzenia w realizacji celów.

Group A Standings
Wow! Since last Monday's update, so many changes! This is proving to be a very competitive group, and nothing will be certain until the very end! India, with 435 points. is now on the lead with only 3 points advantage over Syria, that now has 432 points! India has made a huge progression last days! Impressive! Indonesia is now on 3rd place with 417 points, completing the podium. Another National Team that as made a huge recovery on the table is Portugal, now on 4th place with 407 points! Last Monday they were in the 9th place! Great performance! Croatia is still in 5th place, proving they're regular in a crucial phase of the competition, and Uruguay, in the 6th place with 376 points, completes the qualification places. But France, Brazil and Azerbaijan are right behind, all above 300 points, so... this will be a thrill until the last round!

One, two, three... testing.. testing... is this thing turned on? One, two... ups! I'm live! Ok. That was awkward! It's me! Sir Hunchy!
Today, Group A will be on by microscope. I'm amazed with the quality we have here. There are so many National Teams that deserve a place in the Final, but only six of them will have the chance! Fight for it!
Now, let's se how my raising stars are performing!
It will be awarded to the managers with more squad evolution in the leagues, with their teams! Until today at 19:00 CET, this is the manager with best performance in Group A:
- @KALKAN-HAMZA from Azerbaijan with 749M evolution in his squad so far, it's still the gold digger!! Congratulations!!
It will be awarded to the managers with more scored goals in the leagues with their teams! Until today at 19:00 CET, this is the manager with best performance in Group A:

- @Moltensky from Portugal with 211 scored points for his National Team, it's proving his worth! Incredible performance!
These Managers are something else! I won't be surprised if one of them, or even all for them, win the awards in the end of the competition!
The Nation of the Day is The Netherlands !
One of the favourite National Teams in this Tournament, their performance so far is below expectations. Currently in the 13th place in Group A, with only 237 points, i'm sure they're not happy! we're talking about the home land of OSM! But nothing is lost, and their recovery is till possible! Trickeymaster is, by far, the most consistent player of the lineup, with 172 points (70% of team's total). renkie is also performing well, with 115 points contribution. The other tow lineup managers are really bringing their work down, and that's a shame. Let's hope they'll find an extra strenght and surprise us all!
And I'm done for today! what a pleasure it is to have the chance to be here and have close contact with this amazing tournament! Tomorrow i'll be back, with more info about Group B!
Today, we have Mexico National Team Couch, @Ricardo-Landa :
Q -> What do you think, about the format, of this competition?
The format is very good, but the most important is still playing international tournaments and cups against very powerful managers.Q -> Do you have, any suggestion to improve the competition?
Not for now, I can only suggest keep respect between managers all time.Q -> What can you tell, about Mexican team?
Mexicans feel sad because coronavirus is killing many people around the World, and specially in our country but we try to get happy playing OSM with the heart.Q -> What are your goals for the competition?
My personal goals are watching the Mexican managers, some have surprising skills, they need to believe in themselves.Q -> When you select the coaches to represent the National team, what is most important?
Playing level AND friendship, they must be nice people.Q -> In Nations Cup we'll have : "The Nations Diary", a casual news thread inside the competition, what do you suggest to be published?
Photos of beautiful girl from every country hahaha, just kidding, maybe topics of food, peoples, places, interviews with Best managers of each country.Thank you Ricardo! Best of luck to Mexico!
And thats all for today! Tomorrow we'll be back with another edition of Nations Diary!
Thank you, stay safe and enjoy life!

Hello my friends,
"If we did all the things that we are capable of, we would literally surprise ourselves!" - Thomas Edison.
Today, we get back to Group B, let´s see how the Leaderboard is :
This is great, after 3 rounds that we checked this group, another turnover happened, and now it´s Hungary who has the lead, with 754 points! In second place, is Turkey with 735 points, followed by Belgium in third place, with 712 points. In the last 2 places, that grant the qualification for the final, is Cameroon in fourth with 641 points, and Poland with 611 points. Lybia is waiting for a chance to enter the qualification zone, with 606 points, and Morocco with 591 points, and Colombia with 590 points, are not to far from that goal. Beside the top 3 teams that are above 700 points, and have a "safe" advantage, there´s 5 teams fighting for 2 golden tickets for the final, with 9 rounds to finish, who will achieve it?!

Now, i will "dismantle" the team from : Lybia , to show their quality and performance so far.
They stand in 6th place in this group, only 5 points from the 5th place, that grants qualification for the final. The master of this team, is Sir_samer with 231 points conquered, resulting in 13 wins, 5 draws and 3 losses, representing 38% of the total point, that his National team has. Then we have boy sirt, with 177 points achieved, in 11 wins, 4 draws and 5 losses, which represents 29% of the total points that Lybia granted. If the other 2 managers, work a little bit harder, i´m pretty sure, that they will fight until the end, for a place in the final!!
Tonight, at Nations Diary, we start a new series of interviews, with the coaches who have stood out in the different awards, and our first guest is: @Moltensky from Portugal that has performed excellently at the Goal Frenzy and MVP awards :
Q : What do you think of the Tournament?
A : In this new paradigm we're living in, since the death of traditional forum battles, I think this NC format is a good alternative. There are strong leagues, where the individual skills are driven to the limits. It would be nice, though, if GB could create more leagues like Community League, with 12, or even 8 teams - this could bring diversity to the tournaments organizers, potentiating wider possibilities for innovation.
Q : Do you have, any suggestion to improve it?
A : As i'm also involved in the Tournaments Organization, it's a bit hard to answer that question. We've been taking note of all the suggestions made so far, and we'll take those in consideration to improve the overall quality of the Nations Cup tournament in the next editions. I'm pleased be the way things are going so far, and every day we're evolving in improving our skills, but we know there's a lot to improve, and will work on that for sure.
Q : Were you expecting, to represent your National team? What's the feeling?
A : We'll... to be honest, I wasn't expecting to be called. There are so many excellent OSM players in Portugal, and to be chosen is a privilege. I've had the chance to represent Portugal last year, in a Under21 tournament, Copa Revelación, played in the traditional 4x4 battles format, where we've finished in 2nd place. And had also the chance to represent the principal National Team in a friendly against Libya, in one of the last tradicional 5x5 battles made, maybe. It's always a honour te represent our Home Land National Team, of course, and our finest skills are always being tested!
Q : What can you tell, about your OSM career?
A : I've entered the OSM universe a bit by chance, not knowing then the depth and complexity of this game, almost 3 year ago. In September of 2018 i was invited to a Crew of inexperienced players, "Brasil Portugal Brothers", now extinct, but we've managed to reach World's Top100 in few time. That was my opening door to the Crews dynamics, and in 2019 i was invited to join one of the most relevant Portuguese Crews - Pasteldenata. That's my home now, i'm one of the moderators and captains, and thanks to that i've accomplished a lot of personal and crew goals over the last 2 years. My personal career in OSM blends with my crew's career, and all i've achieved I own to that invitation I've received in June 2019.
Q : If you win this award, what does it mean to you?
A : It will mean i've done my best to help my National Team achieve it's goals.
Q : Can you unveil your secret to success?
A : Daily work, dedication, and a lot of analysis. Over and over again. And the Socrates paradox is always present in my mind - "I know that I know nothing".
Sensational! This is what the Nations Cup is made of, great coaches, with a lot of experience, humble but determined to evolve even more! Thank you @Moltensky good luck to you and Portugal!!
I know you want more, don´t worry, comeback tomorrow, to get the latest news and updates, in your Nation Diary!!
Thank you, stay safe and enjoy life!

This National Team is currently in the 14th place in Group C's Standing, with only 165 points. Their task to reach the final is very, very difficult, but i'm sure they'll do their best all the way! Q - What do you think, of the Tournament?
The tournament is great. I like the concept. It's always interesting to play against managers from 15 different countries. Also, I would like to praise the organization. I played a lot of tournaments in OSM and NC is one of the best organized I saw. Great work.Q - Do you have any suggestion to improve it?
At the moment no. Everything is ok. Maybe I would pay a bit more attention to the regulation and if possible to predict all possible situations which could appear to avoid future problems. Also, I would maybe do some changes with penalties. For example for leaving the league penalty is only -20pts, for playing friendly -15pts. In my opinion leaving the league should be penalized with -100pts at least. That's only an example.Q - Were you expecting, to represent your National team? What's the feeling?
Yes, I expected to represent my National team. We are a small group of managers within OSM, so no big surprises there. I'm the founder of the Serbian National team and I always played and will play for my National team. The feeling is great. It's always a honor and pleasure to represent your country. Guess all other managers share my opinion.Q - What can you tell, about your OSM career?
I'm very satisfied with my OSM career, that's all I can say. I achieved more than I ever expected.Q - If you win this award, what does it mean to you?
If I win the award, it will be great. If not, no problem, I can live with that. In this competition individual awards are no important, important is to win as a team and that's our goal.Q - Can you unveil your secret to success?
Secret to success? A lot of time invested, passion, dedication, experience and of course a bit of luck!Amazing! We really have unique managers in this tournament! This is the OSM essence! The players! And without them, there is no game! Best of luck to Serbia !
That's all for today| Tomorrow we'll be back with fresh data on Group B! Stay tuned!
Thank you, stay safe and enjoy life!
