Poniżej wstępne tabele z uczestnikami. Pojawią się one jutro w komplecie. Organizatorzy mają jednak duże opóźnienia w tym turnieju, trzeba im to wybaczyć, to debiutancki turniej organizowany przez nich. Jest też podany czas organizacji lig - czas jest holenderski, więc i polski jak przypuszczam.

Hello Friends!

Today we'll focus on some relevant topics, anticipating the Nations Cup 2021 kick off, next Monday, 8 February.

Second, anticipating the post we'll prepare next Monday, we inform that the LEAGUES must be created between 20h00 and 21h00 CET (Central European Time). We remind you that yesterday we've already posted an extensive Walkthrough to help in the League Creation process (https://forum.onlinesoccermanager.com/topic/59968/nations-cup-explanation-faq-rules-and-discussion/120?page=6)

Also, we remind you that the deadline for the Lineups submission is 24h from closing (the lineups must be posted until 7 February, 23h59 CET). There are still 12 Countries that haven't sent the lineups yet!

Russia, Panama, Egypt, Bolivia, Argentina, Bangladesh, Yemen, Oman, Mexico, Turkey! Hurry up!

Now, we'll take a look to all the 1st Round Leagues status. As there are some still lineups that haven't been sent yet, there are some players missing. Obviously, next Monday we'll post the final lineups, of every league, to help all PMs identify all the players they need to invite for the 12 leagues.

Today, we have an interview with @Profezor , Argentina's National Team Couch.

Q-> What do you think, about the format, of this competition?
I think it is a very attractive competition with a great job behind it. The scoring system is original and different from all of them. I congratulate the organisers because we need new ideas to prevent the national teams from disappearing after the ban on classic battles. Likewise, I invite you all to keep fighting for them.

Q -> Do you have, any suggestion to improve the competition?
After the competition is over, I think better contributions can be made. It could be bonus points for the league winners. And for the next edition, divide the seeded groups according to the results of the selections in this edition.

Q -> What can you tell, about ARGENTINA team?
The Argentine team has been animating the final stages of all competitions for some time. We have won the 3 editions of the American Cup and good results in the WNT. We hope to do well in this very important tournament. There are very strong teams.

Q -> What are your goals for the competition?
We would like to fight for the title but for that we will have to work very hard.

Q -> When you select the coaches to represent the National team, what is most important?
Commitment and 100% availability. Every time a manager represents the Argentine national team, I ask them to give their best. Teamwork makes us stronger.

Q -> In Nations Cup we'll have : "The Nations Diary", a casual news thread inside the competition, what do you suggest to be published?
I would like to meet the managers and national teams. Then you can publish news about the results of the competition.

Hello Friends!

The Lineups submission period is officially closed!

43 National Teams have posted their lineups, out of the 47 that have registered to Nations Cup 2021. Unfortunately, Russia (Group C), Bangladesh, Yemen and Oman (all from Group B) didn't submit their lineups, which means that we'll have 5 CPU's instead of the initially 1 foreseen. These 4 National Teams are, therefore, banned from this competition for the period of 1 year, and can't participate in the next edition.

Due do this unexpected, and regrettable, situation, NC Staff has deliberated that the qualifying process to the Final Round of 16 will be as follows, to level the presence of 4 CPU National Teams in Group B, and 1 CPU National Team in Group C:

• The National Teams that finish in the 5 first positions in Group A, B and C will qualify to the Final Round of 16 (5x3, 15 in total);

• The National Team that finishes in the 6th place in Group A will complete the pool of 16 National Teams in the Final Round.

The ideia is to even the competition, as Group A will be the only one without CPU's, therefore more competitive.

Tomorrow is the big day! We remember all managers that the LEAGUES MUST BE CREATED between 21h00 and 22h00 CET.

All PM's are identified, and NC Staff is already contacting National Teams Coaches or Captains to brief about the procedures. Here is the final table:

Tomorrow morning we'll make a post to list all the 12 Leagues, with all the registered Managers. Also, as told before, we are contacting directly all National Teams Representatives to give them the list so that PM's can copy the nicknames of all Managers and add them as friends in OSM, to make the task of creating the leagues easier.

We've been questioned if Legend and In Form Players transfers were allowed. Yes, they are allowed. Its up to Managers if they want to spend the Boss Coins needed to do so.

Q-> What do you think, about the format, of this competition?
A -> I think it's a good idea! It's nice to have national team competitions again the bonuses for the first and last places are a little extreme but it will be fun to see how it goes! Congratulations to you guys for organising this!

Q -> Do you have, any suggestion to improve the competition?
A -> Maybe make the bonuses a bit smaller, but it's fine! Happy to be a part of a great competition

Q -> What can you tell, about FRENCH team?
A-> The french team is doing well!! There are a lot of players with great levem and potential, and It's a pleasure to see the best players from french crews come together. Our performance are usually good but not exceptional, so i hope this changes in this Tournament

Q -> What are your goals for the competition?
A -> Go as far as possible, of course! We of course hope to reach the final, and since that is also what we did at the Amateur World Cup, we hope to do even better with maybe a podium or a victory

Q -> When you select the coaches to represent the National team, what is most important?
A -> We try to build up our team so that it does not change too much over time, and as I know the French community quite well in general, I can find players if needed, or ask friends if they know of good players. Our main criteria is of course the level, but it's important that managers communicate a lot with each other and love the country that they represent!

A -> This is already a great start, I like reading the interviews! Maybe info about some important games ahead of time, or asking players about their performance during the tournament, or even finding interesting statistics... I'm sure you guys will do something great! Keep it up!

@dovco_handf już poleciał po bramkarza bo w tej lidze słabi są jacyś transfery po 1 symulacji?
Mnie to w lidze trochę przeraża ten Turek z 5 miejsca rankingu światowego ale gram z nim już w 2 kolejce więc potem będzie z górki. Na start mam dwa wyjazdy. Trzeba spinać poślady i lecieć jak po swoje
