Salve, volevo sapere da cosa dipende il budget iniziale delle squadre. Per esempio io ho il Chelsea che aveva un budget iniziale di circa 20 milioni, un mio amico nello stesso campionato ha il Manchester City con un budget iniziale di circa 2 milioni. Volevo sapere da cosa dipendesse questa differenza di budget, grazie a chi saprà rispondermi.
