@Marinus99 Yeah, They really have quite decent songs and some quality, but after all these years I went to internet and found some info about the live shows, lyrics... well, guess that I started to dislike the songs

But we have still other great german music to rock ^^
The group "Unheilig" is the opposite. Very sympathic musicians, genius lyrics (always with a special background) and an overwhelming live performance, I can confirm that, I saw them live to months ago and I never saw such a powerful performance (sadly they ended their carrer this year)!
Unfortunately there are almost no free videos of his rocky songs (much of his songs are more calm and delight with their lyrics). But i think it´s worth to check them out :slight_smile:

A few examples from my own knowledge of world famous German singers and bands.

Shall we start with some good old rock music?

I present you the legendary German rock band : Scorpions

Let's move on now with some pop-rock music from the past.

And of course we can't forget the punk's music lovers.
3. I present you the one and only , talented and unconventional Nina Hagen !

And let's pass smoothly to more electronic music with Adamski featuring Nina.

Last but certainly not least ( special thanks to my Danish friend Stefan for introducing me to this singer with the smooth emotional voice that surprised my own ears ). :thumbsup_tone2:

For some strange reason this video song made me cry, although I didn't understand a word of it and tbh I never liked the rough sound of the German language ( no offense guys) , but that's the magic of quality music I suppose. :clap_tone2:

Bryan Adams? Oh yeah, he's huge Marinus. Part of the old legendary artists and one of the few left alive as we speak.

And thank you for the info about Unheilig's song. That explains a lot of the feelings this song brings to any listener. Reminded me of another sad song from Pink Floyd , the "Wish you were here". Well this song was written and dedicated to a member of the band that also left from the world too soon , too young.

And speaking of Pink Floyd... Here's my fave one.
