-I suspect someone is cheating, how can I be sure? We often get questions about what's considered cheating and what's not. Managers reporting users just because they managed to build a really good squad, because they beat them while their squad is better or even report managers because they don't lose a match. As you can imagine this creates an huge delay and unnecessary workload having to check all those reports. So... Let's try to reduce this, by explaining when managers are breaking OSM Terms and when they should be reported. There are mainly 3 situations where it's easy for users to spot when a manager is breaking OSM Terms: Illegal transfers Doing transfers between 2 or more teams (managed by humans) where one of them is clearly the benefited with those transfers Buying weak players that don't improve your squad by huge amounts without a clear reason for it (don't have enough players to line due to injuries or suspension) Buying strong players that will improve your squad by really low values without having a clear benefit to seller Collusion A single user controlling several teams or a group of users playing as a group to 'assure' that a specific team will win the league by setting losing tactics, weak line ups, players on wrong positions and/or play with strongest line up and camping their rivals Now, if the situation you're facing matches one of the above, please report it here Offensive language Offensive names, league names, profiles, insults via PMs, Crew Names.....etc Since this is a special 'cheating' situation, please report it here Important NOTE: All reports should include a clear description of what you're reporting and evidences added (if necessary, upload screenshots to an image hosting site and add the links on report)

The manager who created the league must have the flag corresponding to their nationality and/or country they represent displayed on their profile to avoid confusion with the creation times. c. All invitations must be sent at the exact time the league is created. d. For every hour after the stipulated creation time, the group that created the league will be penalized with -50 points for the first 2 hours. If this time is exceeded, the group that created the league will receive a penalty of -200 points and must create the league the following day, respecting the same schedule. e. If the moderator who created the league does not invite the rival, their group will receive -50 points for each uninvited manager if the incident is remedied within 2 hours of the league being created. This penalty will be multiplied by 2 for each hour that passes until they are invited (in the case that If the invitation was sent late, it is recommended to take a screenshot when the invitation has been sent. If a group posts its lineup after the deadline, it will be penalized with -100 points. The absence of a captain and/or a potential moderator, if applicable, will be penalized with -50 points. c. When uploading a lineup, the flag corresponding to the nationality represented by the PM must be displayed if the creator is the manager. The absence of this flag corresponds to a -50 point penalty. d. A manager change to the roster is permitted once the roster posting period has ended; however, it must be made no later than 24 hours before the league creation period begins. Any subsequent change will result in a minus 50-point penalty, as will a second roster change. e. At the start of the league, each manager must be a member of the corresponding group. Otherwise, the group will be penalized with a minus 50-point penalty for the irregular roster violation. f. A group may replace a member of their team who has resigned or been banned for inactivity at any time, although this will result in a corresponding penalty on the Spreadsheet. As long as they are not replaced, their team's points will be counted as 0, unless the score is negative, in which case it will remain the same. If a replacement is not possible because the team is in the final days of the battle, no action will be taken. Infractions committed by the team without a manager will be counted like those of any other member of the group. g. If a manager's nickname posted on the roster changes before the end of the league, their group will be penalized with -50 points for each name change. h. When posting a group's roster, all nicknames participating in the battle must be spelled correctly; otherwise, the group in the corresponding battle will be penalized with -50 points for each incorrect nickname. Penalties applicable to the spreadsheet: There is a 24-hour time limit for reporting an infraction; after this time, the report will be considered void. The penalties automatically applied by the Spreadsheet are as follows: 1st and 2nd offenses: -50 points each 3rd and 4th offenses: -100 points each 5th offense and after: -200 points each Purchases can be made from the league's creation, once all invitations have been sent. • Purchasing players from another manager is prohibited. • Purchasing Legend players is prohibited. • Instant sales are permitted at all times. • Playing friendly matches against a rival team is prohibited. • Replacing a manager, from the league's creation to its end, is permitted in the event of resignation or inactivity, but will be penalized with -100 points for each case. General: a. The organizers will upload the partial results midway through the league. Once the league is over, the winning group will have 24 hours until the final matchday to publish the table with confirmation from their opponent. For every 24-hour delay without the winning group publishing the result, a penalty of -100 points will be applied. b. If the winning group uploads the final table with an incorrect result, they will receive a first warning. The second time they will be penalized with -100 points based on the overall difference (not on the round's battle), the third time the penalty will be -200 points, and so on. c. They may use any other spreadsheet other than the one provided by the organizers, as long as the Battlepedia 5v5 formulas and values are respected. d. If there is no agreement on the result between both groups, the organizers will resolve the case and publish the table personally. e. When a team is without a manager, offers cannot be accepted or made. Each violation of this rule will be penalized with -50 points. f. Any manager who leaves their group must rejoin it before the end of the battle or will be considered a quitter, even if they remain active in the battle. g. The league moderator cannot expel any inactive manager without express authorization on a case-by-case basis from the organizers. In the event of any event that disrupts the competition or disadvantages some participants to the benefit of others, the organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action. h. We remind all participants that failure to comply with the OSM Rules will result in immediate disqualification from the Tournament and the possibility of appropriate sanctions. i. These rules include disruption of the competition through match-fixing, illegal transfers, and insulting or disqualifying other managers. j. The official language of the tournament will be Spanish. Here you can see the regulations in different languages Invites were being sent out via in-game messenger, but if anyone hasn't received one yet, you can contact me at +505 7871 6623. I agree with everything but 8. I play on the web version so it might be different. I would say that the majority of players would agree that the game is getting very repetitive.

The game should also substitute every time (whenever it is possible, of course), at least 3 players, maybe on in each position, except for the goalkeeper. Many times the players are tired and the game doesn't make any changes.
