OSM: The game

I just lost in the final game of knockout royale. The guy I beat on semi-finals sold his 124 rating star player to my opponent at the final game...for his min. value. And the guy scored 2 goals and became MoM. So why do you even let eleminated managers to stay in transfer system?

So my idea is to add different slots for keeping a specific formation and tactics like we have for clubs. Players would set their formations and tactics and set players according to it in them and it would be quick and time saving. The slots can have a button under tactics to save/load out tactics/formations. Managers who like to test out different formations and tactics can see which which formation/tactic combination are the most effective can save it in those slots so they wont forget and use them. Having up to 10 slots will better. It would be quick to rotate squads due to this. This can be used in all club slots. I had made topic about this a month ago no one from the developement team took notice of it.

Sprunki Retake It is so frustrating when the game automatically swaps my players right in the middle of a match for no reason. I’ve lost several games because my best players were suddenly benched, and we really need a manual setting so we can control our own strategy.

Implementing tiered training efficiency rewards for the "Team of the Week" is a smart way to ensure the feature benefits managers at all levels, not just the elite teams. As a newcomer, I think this would provide a fantastic incentive to focus on developing young talent and help balance the competitive gap between different tiers. It effectively transforms a simple recognition into a valuable strategic tool for long-term squad progression.

In short — a red card, tactical mismatch, and home boost can easily neutralise a big strength gap in OSM. Happens to all of us. @Crazy Cattle 3D
