Great game ruined by unrealistic match logic

I’ve played OSM since 2012, and the game used to be one of the best football manager experiences out there. But in recent years, the match logic has become extremely unrealistic. Even with a much stronger squad, higher morale, better tactics, and 20+ wins in a row, you can still lose at home against teams with poor form and weak lineups.
Being active, improving the squad, watching ads for tokens, setting tactics carefully — none of it seems to matter when random results decide games. It’s frustrating and kills the motivation to keep playing.
OSM needs a serious update in realism, balancing, and tactical influence. Players should feel rewarded for effort and strategy, not punished by unpredictable simulations. I hope the developers address this soon, because the game has huge potential but is losing its essence.
