    -I suspect someone is cheating, how can I be sure?

    We often get questions about what's considered cheating and what's not. Managers reporting users just because they managed to build a really good squad, because they beat them while their squad is better or even report managers because they don't lose a match.

    As you can imagine this creates an huge delay and unnecessary workload having to check all those ticket/reports.

    Let's try to reduce this, by explaining when managers are breaking OSM Terms and when they should be reported.

    There are mainly 3 situations where it's easy for users to spot when a manager is breaking OSM Terms:

    Illegal transfers To be reported under Illegal Transfers

    Doing transfers between 2 or more teams (managed by humans) where one of them is clearly the benefited with those transfers Buying weak players that don't improve your squad by huge amounts without a clear reason for it (don't have enough players to line due to injuries or suspension) Buying strong players that will improve your squad by really low values without having a clear benefit to seller

    Collusion **

    A single user controlling several teams or a group of users playing as a group to 'assure' that a specific team will win the league by setting losing tactics, weak line ups, players on wrong positions and/or play with strongest line up and camping their rivals

    Offensive language

    Offensive names, league names, profiles, insults via PMs, Crew Names.....etc

    Hi, this also happened to me. I completed and won 1st place for Indonesia league with Bali United and the trophies weren't added to my profile. This happened 1 day after the game error that resulted in 1 day match delay

    OSM please help fix this!

    Hi there,

    If this is about one of your clubslots being temporarely not available, then that means that there is maintenance going on in your league or the server that you are playing on. Once the maintenance is over, you can acces your clubslot again. There is no timefrain for when the maintenance is over, so check back regularly.

    If this is about OSM being down, then that is due to technical issues. They are/were working on fixing the issue. Hopefully the game will run now smoothly again.

    If you bought Bosscoins from the OSM Store and didn't received them, then you should be able to claim them through the career page. Otherwise you will have to contact our customer support. You can find them via the below link.

    Hi,

    You can only get rewards for eery achievement once. Most of them don't change through time, but Domination ones may change when we add/remove leagues. This will change the completion percentage, but won't give you a chance to claim it again.

    So, you got this achievement back in August of 2023 (one year ago). So you won't get it again.

So just be patient and check back from time to time to see if you can acces that clubslot again.

    Hi there,

    Only the developers knows all ins and outs of the transfer system in OSM, but it is suffice to say that it is pretty complex and that there are a number of things that will affect it. For instance: how expensive is the player and for what margin are you selling that player for? Normally speaking: the more expensive the player is, the more difficult it will be to sell him.

    But even if you try different things, there is also a huge randomness in play. So it's impossible to really predict what works and what doesn't. Sometimes you sell an expensive player really fast and other times you have to wait for some time, even when you play with the margins.

    Hi there,

    There is a test going on with transfer fees. Once the test is over they will analyse the results and make a decision wheter or not to change the transfer fees. As this is a test, there is no communication about this. They don't want that to infuence users behaviour.

    When you buy items from the OSM Store you can find them in your inventory, which is the blue-yellow OSM bag you will see at the top of the screen on every page.

    The only way to restore their fitness is to not let them play for a match. Keep in mind that if you put them on the bench they could still being substituted.

    Hi there,

    This is not a bug. The Double and Triple Bosscoins event don't apply to watching the ads. They will just give 1 BC. This only applies to the offers that are being given on the offerwall in the OSM app from our current three providers.
