    -I suspect someone is cheating, how can I be sure? We often get questions about what's considered cheating and what's not. Managers reporting users just because they managed to build a really good squad, because they beat them while their squad is better or even report managers because they don't lose a match. As you can imagine this creates an huge delay and unnecessary workload having to check all those ticket/reports. Let's try to reduce this, by explaining when managers are breaking OSM Terms and when they should be reported. There are mainly 3 situations where it's easy for users to spot when a manager is breaking OSM Terms: Illegal transfers To be reported under Illegal Transfers Doing transfers between 2 or more teams (managed by humans) where one of them is clearly the benefited with those transfers Buying weak players that don't improve your squad by huge amounts without a clear reason for it (don't have enough players to line due to injuries or suspension) Buying strong players that will improve your squad by really low values without having a clear benefit to seller Collusion ** A single user controlling several teams or a group of users playing as a group to 'assure' that a specific team will win the league by setting losing tactics, weak line ups, players on wrong positions and/or play with strongest line up and camping their rivals Offensive language Offensive names, league names, profiles, insults via PMs, Crew Names.....etc Important NOTE: All reports should include a clear description of what you're reporting and evidences added (please, add all necessary screenshots).     @Offside-Trap Ever heard of digital bank statement and such? I'm sure your bank or your creditcard company or whatever method you used to pay for those Bosscoins have send you a digital print of your transaction. Just copy that transaction code and put it in the contact sheet. If an error occured when making a transaction, then most banks and creditcard companies reverse the payment and put your money back in your account if the transaction failed. Anyway, I've send you in the direction where you need to go, so if you want the help or not is up to you. Good luck and have a nice day.

    @bekırd92 Hi there, On the offerwall in the OSM app you can contact the external parter where the offer was listed on. For Fyber offers: Tap on the three horizontal stripes and then tap on Status. Look for your active offer to get to the contact form. For Revu offers: Once you are redirected to their page with all their offers, tap on the headset icon to look for active offers that haven't been paid out yet. From there you should be able to contact them. If the status of an offer is listed as 'credited', then it's not possible to contact them about that offer. That is unfortunately the policy Revu uses.

    Hi Patrcick, Please, don't share private information like e-mails on public places You can change the mail yourself. Just log on the account and you should easily find the place to change it

    Quite interesting how you manage to place these items all over (obviously with time limit to maximise profits) but hey: that's the customer's problem, right? Since you are getting paid to act wisely and even insult customers I will delete my account. Is that really how to treat customers? I don't want to contribute to your payslip. (you realise what they say about vinegar and honey, right?)

    @Offside-Trap That's the policy: you first have to contact the respective offer suplier as they are the ones who manage these offers. They can verify if you fullfilled all requirements. OSM has no info about this. They just offer a platform for these external partners. So you can complain all you want, but that policy is not going to change.

    You can resign the league after you play your first match. If you don't want to wait until then, you can join a league in a free slot. From what I can see in your profile, your slot 4 is free!

    @Jovi-Barinho Hi there, There can be multiple leagues active within a given country. So if you want to start managing a team on a different clubslot and look at the same country as you are playing in on another clubslot, then it will look at a different active league. It doesn't matter if the league is full or not, as you can only play in a league with one clubslot. Those three different teams is due to a league update. Players and teams get updated from time to time. Real life football is currently in it summer break before the new season starts. So promoted and relegated teams will be added or removed to/from the club roster.

    If the “Make Public” toggle is greyed out, it's likely due to the league already having started. Once a private league begins, most platforms lock its visibility settings to preserve competitive integrity.

    No puedo acceder a mi cuenta de OSM – Soporte no responde (#11240489) Hola comunidad de OSM, Soy el mánager joseramoncoyjimenez10. Llevo varios días intentando recuperar mi cuenta, pero no recibo ninguna respuesta efectiva del soporte. He enviado múltiples solicitudes (última: #11240489) y sigo sin poder iniciar sesión. Me aparece el mensaje: “Ya no puedes iniciar sesión con estas credenciales”. He realizado TODOS los pasos recomendados: • Cerré sesión en Game Center • Eliminé y reinstalé la app muchas veces • Borré caché, cookies, historial de Safari • Revocación de accesos desde Apple ID, Facebook y Google Aun así, la app se vincula automáticamente a la cuenta antigua bloqueada y no me permite crear una nueva ni cambiar de mánager. Solicito urgentemente que alguien del equipo de OSM o moderadores me ayuden o escalen el caso. Gracias de antemano.
