Created a private league, invited friends and now want to make it public, but within moderator tools I cannot move the toggle from private as it is greyed out. Only change I did in the original setting was to skip 4 preparation days and let the league start right away.
How can I open up our league for other managers? -

I'm sorry, but you can't open your league now because you turned off one of the advanced settings. When you do that, your league will automaticaly be closed and stays that way. The system is set up that all open leagues have all advanced setting active. If you want to have an open league, then you will have to keep all advanced settings on when you renew your league to the next season.
To get more managers in your current league you will have to invite them or they can ask for permission to join your league. On this forum we have a specific topic where you can promote your league. See the below topic:
