    As in real life...players always get's injured...maybe the other manager played too hard....or the player had too many tackles...

    First I want to point out that you never should create more accounts, if there are problems with you're account you need to contact us straight away by email.

    Removing accounts is only possible through web, you need to login to web, go to profile, edit profile and remove it there.

    @diego-sari Yes, upgrading the training is probably the best. I bought a 68 player in matchday 3 or 4 and he is 80 now, in matchday 16. You can buy any kind of player that is cheap and sell him for more immediately . I never buy a player that costs more than 1.5 x his value. 80+ players can take a few days, even weeks if you want to sell them for a near max price, or a few hours, it is pure luck.

    As far as I know, manager points per game depend on two things:

    the outcome (win, lose, draw); and whether your opponent was AI or human

    However, your total manager points for the season are a mixture of three things:

    your manager points per game accumulated in each match; your current standing, compared to your club's goal; and your progression in the Cup, if there is.

    The number of teams in the league does not factor in.

    All of this is MHO.

    We already have this on osm The writing of newspaper was removed when 3.0 was launched and there is currently no plan on bringing it back at the moment.

    Hi,

    If you want to pick a new team, from your career page, click on the slot you wish to use. Select the country/league you want to play and pick from the available teams left in league. There isn't any specific date or time when you can pick a particular team. Like above if you don't want to buy a team and don't want to create your own league, then you have to pick from the current available teams in the league at that moment.

    Yes, the older the player the more quickly he loses fitness.
    But a player can only lose form when he doesn't play a game or if his team keeps losing consecutively

    Hi, there is nothing you can do to get licensed badges. OSM is responsible for acquiring licensed badges not managers.
    Also as at now, teams in England and Germany 1st division do not have licensed badges yet.

    Hi, if you are talking about negotiating a trade of players with another manager/team, then that's not possible. You can only make offers for their players. Then the manager/computer will decide if they want to sell, reject or negotiate the price.
    But if you mean to sell your players, then go to your squad page, click on the player you want to sell/add to the transfer list set the price you wish to sell the player for by adjusting the price slider and confirm.

    Hi, this is the level of motivation of your players going through the season. Players keep a high morale level when they are played regularly and also through consistent winning of matches through the season.
    Players morale will also drop when you lose matches consistently and when they are not being played regularly.
