    Team is blocked because there were a lot managers on it already this season. This often implies cheating so team is blocked to avid managers taking advantage from someone else cheating (when it's not same manager with another account)

    2 times 30/40minutes of pure playtime.

    Depends on the artist and how they made the album.
    Sometimes an artist just have some songs you like, so why would you listen to the entire album.

    Back in the days, there was a 'story' in the album like Usher,R. Kelly, Ja Rule, Eminem had it for example.
    Now days Adele has it with her latest album.
