Before they lost Van Dijk, they were underwhelming against a 10 man Chelsea, put to the sword by Leeds and demolished by Aston Villa. The injuries obviously haven't helped but I think they never looked as exciting and hungry as usual before the injuries.

Could have gone into the season complacent.

Basically , log in as often as possible / collect free BC / train players every 8 hours/ sell your worst players /keep about 18 players max...........sell at maximum price , buy at best value/ use free Bc for scouts / repeat and rinse
Tactics are not a great issue unless other players are doing the same as you are

Edited to say...always get a team with 4 days left before season starts..so u can sell all your starting players and buy better.

@mrclark063 see I saw your post a few days ago and asked myself what would I have done.
See I should have gone for the top tier club because most of the national coaches mostly focuson it.Even though you might end at the bottom of the table but your performance will be noticed by scouts of other good (top) club s and they will induct you in your team and then you can fulfil your dream.
