OSM Game Features : Chatroom - Suggestions

I find it very difficult to find a league with enough managers that I want to play. I want to play all the leagues in the world, but in smaller leagues like Peru or Spain Segunda Division (second division) most of the time there are no leagues in the preparation phase on my current server or those leagues have too few human managers. I usually look on other servers as well, but it's very time consuming because I can't see which leagues are in the preparation phase on other servers. I have to click on every line in my second screenshot (see below) to check if one of these leagues is still in the preparation phase and then move on to the next servers and do the same thing there.
I hope GB can add Matchday to the Active Leagues page. This field is already available on the Invites page, but not on the Active Leagues page (see the 2 screenshots below). Ideally I would like to see prep2 or p2 when the league is on preparation day 2, but the most important is that the Matchday becomes visible on the Active Leagues page. This will encourage activity in smaller leagues because managers have more options than on their own server and reduces the number of leagues that runs with only 2 or 3 managers (not exiting).

I posted the suggestion above 19 days ago, but I never received a reply. Is this added to the "to do list" for the web developers? I would appreciate any reply on my suggestion.

I posted the suggestion above 19 days ago, but I never received a reply. Is this added to the "to do list" for the web developers? I would appreciate any reply on my suggestion.

, if osm would do this update no one would play from the start of the league, everyone would take the teams before the end of the championship and would take the teams in the first places, instead for the possibility to change servers 
requests have also been made in the past but nothing has been done about it, the possibility of changing servers
would also be very useful for the preferred time of the simulation of our championship matches -

I disagree with you on this. There are many easy leagues with only a few human managers. But people don't join those leagues because they are not challenging to play. Most of us want to play against other human managers and that's why suggest this addition, the solution I present in the screenshot gives more possibilities to find an active league in the country you want to play. Also managers that join after the league started will gain less fewer manager points and the team can already be knocked out in the first cup round, I wouldn't advice people to join later at the start of the season.

The manager need to visit the opponent team and see the situation and study all possibility then make his line-up
It will be more fun because you will really doing the job of the spy and you will predict the line-up off the opponent with %

Then it really will be like real football and it will purely be decided on whose tactics were better irrespective of formation. As everyone knows tht certain formations work best against some (considering tht the sliders are in a good position in the tactics). So it could be a little luck too -

My suggestions:
a) Custom championships/leagues:
Have you ever played with your friends and wanted to play in the strongest leagues like Premier League, Bundesliga or Serie A but you couldn't fill all the spots? Probably yes (even if you make the league public it's very unlikely that it will be full of managers). So why not introduce a feature where you can make your own league or tournament (select clubs that will be in it and how many of them will be there). Of course creating it can be a little bit more expensive in BC, but it will be a great fun for casual managers instead of playing 1/3 matches with AI.
b) Realistic transfer window:
It would be nice to have a third option when creating a league to have a realistic transfer window, where you can make transfers only in preparation period, few first games of the season and somewhere in the mid-season -
Just out of curiosity, does anyone ever forwards any of these suggestions to staff forum or to people in charge of major decisions? If yes, It would be nice if from time to time we get some feedback on which ideas are realistic and which are not realistic to be added to the game. Of course 95% of the suggestions are not doable, but there are some really nice ones on these pages and we rarelly see any reply from people on higher positions that have a say in implementing them.

As for suggestions, I have a one regarding offers made by PC teams to your players. Please make them more realistic, PC team (Bayern Munchen) on my slot 4 constantly sends me offers for my players and then puts offer for a price of 1.1xvalue which is ridiculous and in a range of risky and suspicious sales. As soon as I make realistic counter offer (more than 1.5xvalue) it gets rejected, Please fix those offers or remove them completelly as this is just spamming.
Example: Value 25.8M -> Offer 26.8M

We need more competitions as a crew to play, not just FMS for one manager every two months and app battles (just one slot per manager).
Can something be done doing a big knockout competition for all crews that want to play enter? You could use the same style as app battles so no arranged/ fixed games (cheating as GB and staff call it).
Say 100-200 crews, have a random draw with a table who you could play next and do knockouts until an eventual winner rather than just a ranking table
. Least every gets to play against different crews, some lower will get a chance to play some higher ranked. -
We need more formations that have been used more and more often in recent years: 3421, 3331, 4141, 3313, 3511 ...

I suggest that we can see other league tables, and our, the same way we see it while we play a winners cup on one of our slots. Its so much easier to track other leagues and managers when there are name of the manager beneath the team on league table.

@jetfiregirl_55 If a scout can't bring a player from the "great" Bundesliga, I don't see a reason why he would bring players from Ghana, Andorra and the like.

There is one thing being dragged around the suggestion topic since 'forever'. I think I've seen people asking about it ever since I joined the forum.
I'm talking about username change.
Is it really possible that all these years GB had never even considered to introduce this option and why is it so ? Are there more people still interested in this ?
Fantazy league.
Years ago there was a special league called fantazy league where you were given a certain budget with which you could create you own team and play the league with it. Im sure it was quite popular and I would love to play it again. Why was it removed and are there any plans of it being reinstated ?
Would anyone else like to have the fantasy league back ?Custom crew battles.
Why can't we get the ability to play friendly battles which wouldn't have effect on the crew ranking ?
Im sure it would be the most popular aspect of the game. It could fire up old rivaleries and bring back the golden days of OSM. If I was someone who is making decisions in the GB, this would be my first priority game-wise.
What do others think, would you like to see this ?Crew manager capacity.
I've been suggesting to increase the manager capacity of crewy from 24 to 25 since the introduction of these new crew battles, enabling simultanious 5 battles to be ran.
I can't imagine this effecting anyone in a bad manner, it can only make crew world more interesting. Some crews alredy play with only 2 or 3 battle teams and this wouldn't affect them in any way. On the other hand there are crews with 24 active managers and with 4 active battles which include 20 managers while 4 have to stand aside and wait for two weeks. To me, this makes no sense what so ever. I think it would be fair for all those people to be able to play battles without being restricted by this clumsy design.
(Some would argue that the size of 24 was chosen because the biggest leagues have 24 teams, but I think crews first and most important function is to play battles and its design should be directed towards making it most pleasurable possible, not the other way around)Thank you all for you time reading this. If there are colleague managers who agree with these ideas, please upvote this post and quote stuff you want to comment so that these suggestion could reach the people who are responsible for developing this game and listening to their most loyal customer base.

Crew Manager capacity
I can only agree with you and you speak from my soul! As you have already written, it just doesn't make any sense to let 4 managers sit out 2 weeks at a time. Everybody wants to play and this limitation prevents that.
We had a rotation for a while, but then we got rid of it and now we have 20 managers in the crew.
We would all like it if it is possible to play 5 battles with 25 managers at the same time

I don't really need that personally at the moment. But in general every option that can bring some variety into the game is welcome...
Username change
I don't think there's really any need to discuss this. This is standard everywhere and I don't understand why this option is not yet possible here in this game. I know some very active players who would love to change their name, but don't do it, because otherwise all their achievements and statistics would be gone. These managers registered with a name in OSM years ago without thinking about it and can't change anything now. Again, a clear

Recently me and my crew finished a ranking crew battle. The thing is the opposite team left after matchday 7 and we had to play 3 rounds against bots. What I suggest is to put a walkover system in crew battles. When most or all of the managers from one team leave, the other team gets the win, the battle ends and the team with more managers left receive the points for win + all the games that are left count as wins so they get points for them too.
