Bug step-by-step Description:
18:59 sold Son Heung-min instantly
19:00 try to buy Fabian Delph for 28,7M (had 31,2M club funds, screen1)
in browser mistake sounds like "this player has already been sold" or close to it
then i twice relogged in (in Website PC), several times refreshed page, tried to do it on Android App and still cant buy him
he still on transfer list (screen2)

App Version: 3.5.21.1
Brand/type device: MEIZU M6s
OS version: 7.0Just give it some time and you'll find out that medals will be more balanced and according to the manager level/skills.

why it happened with me again :)))@wenger-wise I think it happens when you already bought and sold the same player that day, something like that. Had couple situations like that myself as well during transfer events.

The message is not the 'best' one. Reported it to be corrected!
If you go back and check that round transfers, you'll see that "Lorenzo Pellegrini" was bought earlier by "Cosenza" manager and later sold to PSG. Around 5h later he was back on TL, but no one could buy him until you move up to next round... and "Perugia" manager did it!
