Hi,

Most of the times, the problems with special offers is due to the fact users were logged when offer appeared and the info on the account is not same as on server due to the lack of a refresh.
This should be fixed with just a reload of the account data by going to control center.

If this is not the case, please report it again, providing enough informatin so we can help you!
