Can someone finslly say me what is in my crew inappropriate?
I can not make any change in my crew profile
@SpecialOne @XM0she @AlyssaGB@Ado-Hackovic Hi I created a crew too and want to write something on my crew profile but in vain, it is always saying there is something inappropriate when there is nothing please do something about it I saw that it has been more than a few days when this problem occurred please help !

@Ado-Hackovic We're still fine tunning everything, but there's something that will be hard to fix:
- Some numbers that may be seen as phone numbers
- Some links that can be privacy related (FB, instagram....)
My suggestion at this point is that you save all profile externaly and start to add bit by bit until you find the reason for the rejection
We want to change our crew name. Unfortunately, it seems that this is still not possible. We are thus "forced" to play under the current crew name, even though we no longer belong to the crew association. This is really suboptimal.
Do you have the possibility to change the crew name for us "manually" in your system?

@Bembelmän try to delete the description of the crew
And then try to change the name.But before you do that, copy your crew description and save it in Word

Let's give it some time more until we make some adjustments on the censorship software.
We should implement those settings Next week and you can try again after
I would like to change the crew background image on the web version for my new crew. Currently a Eintracht Frankfurt image of my old crew is visible.
I can't delete the old image anywhere. Nowhere is a link visible that I could take out.
I can't replace the old image with a new one either. As soon as I try that, an error message comes up... "Something went wrong, please help us, with an email from you".... Or something like that.
How can I insert a new image? Or can support at least remove the old one?

@SpecialOne it's been so long and I still can't customise my crew with it's Crew Background, I have a question!!
Do you guys even bother about solving the issues on OSM?
Well I know there is soo much work to do at the office but at least solve this problem
I have been trying to customise it since some time now but I couldn't wait and l had to write it here on this topic and when I read this https://forum.onlinesoccermanager.com/post/1219149 I think we might have to wait for a decade or even a century!!Please do something about it, it's not something that without it you can't play the game but I just want it to be fixed!

Hello
I have redownloaded the app in the last 3 days
And i’m trying to enter it but I can’t
I gives me “something went wrong with launching OSM, please come back later”
Tried to come back multiple times with the same results, and yesterday i tried to remore and reinstalled the app once again and i still got the same problem

Unfortunately I think they removed it for good cuz we now can put a bigger Avatar in place of crew background -
The possibilty of adding a custom logo for your crew has indeed been removed. This is due to new guidelines for user generated content and the filter for inappropiate content/behaviour that was installed several moths ago.
For that reason I will close this topic.
