Buying and selling players to raise funds

Hi all,
It's a common tactic to buy and then sell players to increase club funds but as you might have known it is way more difficult to do in major leagues where starting prices are already quite high. For example in my Bundesliga season I'm finding it difficult to find players costing less than €10M on the market, making it practically impossible to buy and sell quickly.
In such cases how do you proceed to get more funds using only in-game tools, i.e not spending real money? Bots won't buy expensive players. The only solution I have is scouting cheaper players and selling them every day but this comes at a hefty price of Bosscoin for sure.
Are there any other strategies to raise funds or are we basically stuck once there are no more cheap players on the market?

@Harald-Mollenhauer be quick whenever a transfer message appears on your phone. And, buy the 1-3M player to sell them.

@Harald-Mollenhauer You can make offers to teams directly, you dont have to wait for the transfer list or scouts. Just go to the league table select a team, see a player of choice and click on them, you should see a 'Make Offer' option.
