What's the current event?

Hi everyone,
I see it is now "club funds overload" event which says we can earn more money for the club but... what are we supposed to do? I mean you see sometimes scouts are faster, sometimes there is transfer madness but I haven't seen any explanation for this event. How can we take advantage of it?

Transfer selling rate is nothing special, so far on all slots is as usually and as for others I am still waiting on income bonus from interest (money in bank) - on PC it sais I will get 5x more than usual, but on mobile its same as always..
