Tapjoy refused to give me BC

Hi Team,
during the last event where double Bosscoin were offered, I installed an app via the Tapjoy tile on my android. I finished Level 100 in the game and were waiting for my Bosscoin (222+165+54) * 2 = 882.
Due to i don't get the BC, I contacted their Support (Ticket: 29088016). They told me, that "app install is not attributed to Tapjoy. Since the advertiser has made this decision, we will not be able to award your device for this offer."
I did what you expect from me to receive about 800 Bosscoin, and then, 2 days after installing the app, the app is no more supported...
How do i now get my 882 Bosscoin i earned with the game?
(I can provide screenshots of the progress in game and the status in the App.). -
