Ads for Boos coins not working

Since three days I have the problem, that I can't watch ads on my laptop. Everything works like before until "video is loading" but it is not loading. After a while there is an X I have to click on and the ad is closing, but no boss coin nothing. Could you please help?

Hi there,
Good to hear that it is solved. If it happens again just wait a bit longer and see if the pop-up removes itself automaticaly. The Bosscoin will then be added. If not then report it again.
